Guest Reviews
- Nathasja (8/5): Comfortable - Spacious Shared bathroom - had to buy toilet freshening spray
Only one mirror in the whole apartment
- Celia (5/5): Terrible host with zero care factor which ruined a property that was could be great with some TLC - The property itself was decent. A little smaller than expected but sufficient and in a good location with a reasonable kitchen. Firstly I was charged an international fee for paying for accommodation in the same country I booked and paid in.
Then I was told after booking that a $500 deposit had to be paid and will be refunded afterward.
Upon arrival we noticed a couple of things which I contacted the host about. The host was completely non-responsive with the only contact being automated emails and texts.
The windows didn’t open or the balcony so it was unusable.
The TV didn’t work and the lamp cut in and out and the bed was broken on the top corner.
- Weijia (7/5): good - i like the host prepare almost everything for us so we dont have to worried about not having anything the floor can be cleaner but i do understand some ppl might wearing shoes in the house

- Meryl (8/5): A relaxing and great little apartment that is well appointed. Beds comfy too! - Clean, quiet, easy to access and loved the view. Picking up the key was quite far…down 2 streets into a lane then try and find.
Would be better closer
- Anonymous (9/5): present - clean the blinds in the lounge wer see threw
- Kayla (1/5): Bad -
- Georgie (5/5): Convenient location to QV Markets, however very dirty - I liked the geographic location to the Queen Vic Markets and other eateries. The property itself was very dirty, marks on walls, hair in bathrooms and on towels. I even found someones nose piercing on the table in one of the rooms, demonstrating no attention to detail. The chairs in the property are all broken, leaving no where to feasibly eat dinner except on the (dirty) floor. To be fair to the hosts, I did not raise any of these concerns with the hosts, as we were there for such a short period of time, however I would say to other people who may consider this property, if cleanliness is important to you, I would not choose this property. Additionally, the amount of construction works occurring in the vicinity (March 2023) meant it was a very noisy awakening.
- Nikki (9/5): it was amazing despite some things! recommend staying here. 100% - I loved the view from the balcony, the location was amazing, there was many restaurants nearby. it was a very short walk to Melbourne central and not too far from the mcg, John Cain and rod laver arena. very enjoyable! there weren't many outlets which was disappointing, I could not plug in the straightener and hair dryer in the bathroom, i couldn't plug my charger in the bedroom. the AC isn't the best, it didn't reach the rooms very well. There was also a broken chair my friend fell off of it lol. the shower was moldy.
