Rocio (3/5): Disappointing. Spoiled the last part of a wonderful trip to Japan - Clean and good washing/drying equipment The property is advertised with a swimming pool and this was the main reason for us to chose it. However, the appartment block does NOT have a swimming pool. We contacted the property through Booking 4 times in our 3 day stay to seek clarification without any reply. We paid a very high price for this property and we got a small appartment without any servicing (no cleaning, no exchange if towels, etc.). Extremely disappointed. Do not book. The area is also not very nice. Close to Dotonburi busy noisy area. Eould not recommend at all.
