- Tanika (6/5): Although the location is great all other lacking factors, hidden fees and prayers for parking… this time definitely show - The facilities are pleasant ….. I do not like the very minimal or lack thereof regarding pots and pans in the kitchen or the coffee pot that doesn’t work or can opener, parking that I had to pay $100 for (which is not mentioned on any policies page and the FAQ page indeed does state that it is free ) as well as a hidden fee of $99 non refundable property damage fee (again, not listed on the initial booking page, but sent to you through the app). I want to be sure and state clearly the expectation of HOPE with parking garage entry displaced on someone on the other end of a text or phone call responsive enough to remote open the gate. Out of the 5 days I was there I parked inside TWICE and received a parking citation regardless. Gas grill doesn’t work either…..replaced the propane and it was a no go and I forgot to mention the cleaning lady who walked in Day 2 without knocking or announcing with incorrect information thinking she was there to clean that day.
- Eszter (5/5): Would have been nice to receive what we were promised in our correspondence and by the website - The location of the place, the pool, the clubhouse, the aesthetics of the furnishing The patio door was broken, therefore could not have access to the patio and the street entry, coffee maker was out of order, the dryer was dirty and had patches of burn in the back, representing fire hazard, neither the agent nor the owner listened to our requests and we were sent from one person to another with no proper response e.g. about the fixing of the patio entrance, we had one key for 4 people, and the code to the keytrezor is available online, the garage opener had issues therefore sometimes we could not park in the garage.

- Susan (9/5): Great place - a little tricky to locate and access to outdoor space is difficult and the door does not lock without the - Large and great facilities Unable to access the outdoor space easily.

- Tanika (10/5): - I loved the location, the overall space and decor. Amazing!!!
- Donald (8/5): It's a nice apartment and a good value for 4-6 people - Large unit with full kitchen, very convenient location, great parking garage Nothing significant
- Kewaters (8/5): Very good -
- Amber (7/5): Great location, but some quirks that need fixing. - The location was great, close to many major attractions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host did not tell us that the slider to the patio was out of commission, as a result, if you wanted to sit outside you had to leave the building and walk all the way around. I felt that the lack of disclosure was a major minus. The ice maker was overflowing and would spill onto the floor and the hot water would run out in the showers by 4 pm. I felt that the price was too steep considering these issues. Finally, you have to pay extra for a check out later than 10 am. 10 am is quite early and the extra fee is ridiculous.
- Carmit (7/5): Good -
- Juliana (9/5): Perfect location for museum visits, and close to other LA locations. Very clean, very quiet. - Great location. Very clean. Nice layout/privacy. A bit pricey.
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Naoko (9/5): Very nice apartment with safe environment - Location, spacious rooms and bathrooms, new/clean appliances, building security/safety Dirty bathroom floors and towels but everything else was great!!
- Anita (6/5): Ok but not for this price - Great safe localization near peterson museum. Washer and dryer, huge bathrooms. I had to unload the dishwasher, there was laundry in dryer which I had to unload and had no place to place it(sheets). Honestly I don’t Think this should be my responsibility. There is no sheet on duvet/quilt. I Think this is extremely unhigienic. Manager told me this is normal and it supposed to be like that. Maybe I am not american, but this is my 7th trip to us, countless hotels and airbnb, and 1st time I saw that. I don’t Think it’s „american” thing. No Access to pool/jacuzzi. Extremely dirty Floors in corners, around washing machine. Very Slow drain in bath tub, water Stays for Hours.
And way too soft matteraces. Your back won’t have any support. No Netflix. But there are tv. No Gas in fire pits. Dirty grill. Useless.
- Emre (10/5): Perfect house for families. - The house is very well equipped and is ready to accommodate 6 adults comfortably, although we were a family of 4. It was spotless clean inside, all the equipment was top of the line and super comfortable. Parking was easy to access and convenient. The apartment complex has a hot outside pool, we did not use it but it looked really nice. They have a lounge with inside and outside seating, hosting barbecue machines, billiard table, table tennis, large screen TV etc. There is also a large, well equipped fitness center. The location is also nice, somewhat in the middle of Hollywood, Downtown and Beach areas. The street is silent and friendly. We walked around at night, and did not feel unsafe. The overall experience was so nice, we tried to extend our stay but the place was booked. I would recommend this house to all families %100. The beds were too soft for my taste but some people might like this. The house is on the ground floor and upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy but nothing intolerable.
- Michael (10/5): Central and clean - Location was great. Clean and didn't have and trouble or issues on the sidewalks around it. The main bath tub drained a little slow.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kiana (10/5): 10/10. Will definitely be staying again. - Excellent parking. The space and decor of the apartment and bathrooms were stunning! The property managers were quick and helpful with any questions we had.
- Karen (8/5): We enjoyed a family trip and had a lovely time. - The location was fabulous for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and nice. The hosts didn’t provide what I’d consider basic necessities for a short term rental. Here’s a list of things that would have made this stay much better:
Dish towels
Dish drying rack
Dishwasher pods
Mixing bowls
Some basic serving pieces
More than two pods of coffee
Tea bags
Some basic spices
Plastic wrap and/or basic food storage containers
The oven thermostat needs to be checked, I believe it runs cool
Welcome book with info on wifi etc
Bath soaps in both bathrooms
