• Matthias (7/5): - Low cost lots of space Nice quiet neighbourhood Poorly maintained AC units with visible mold on the inside of most units. Damp towels were left in the bathroom leaving it very smelly Strange bed arrangements. Hard pillows with "disposable" papery pillow cases

The actual room is even nicer than it looks in the photos. We stayed with seven people, and there was plenty of space. All of my friends were very satisfied. The host was also very responsive and kind. You can’t go wrong choosing this place.

• Nguyen (10/5): - Best stay we’ve had with our big family!!! Everything was provided, with top-quality amenities and spotless, stylish equipment complemented by cozy lighting. We especially loved how natural light filled every corner of the house. English instructions were available everywhere, making it easy for everyone to use the facilities. The kids loved the place so much that they didn’t even want to leave the house. The heater also worked perfectly and kept the house warm the entire time. It was overall a very pleasant, comfy and memorable stay. For such a big group with kids, no hotels in Japan could beat this place! We really missed the house and definitely come back in the future.

• Joel (10/5): Perfect haven for our family getaway to Tokyo - A great, spacious house in East Tokyo, very close to trains that can get you anywhere you need easily via connections from the Keisei-Ueno and Keisei-Narita lines. Lots of sleeping arrangement options and great facilities in the house. The host communication was fantastic. There are many nearby amenities including combini in every direction, low cost supermarkets, lots of restaurants up the Ohanajaya Promenade, etc etc. Modern toilets and comfortable beds. All you'd want in somewhere to stay really. Not really a criticism but if you've not spent much time in Japan or if this is your first house stay (particularly one this size) be prepared for lots of travelling up and down pokey stairs. If mobility is an issue for some in your party, would recommend exploring options with kitchen and a room on first floor.
