• Logan (10/5): Au top ! - C’était tout ce qu’il nous fallait, très bon rapport qualité prix ! L’accès au logement n’a pas été des plus fluides avec un personnel à l’entrée de l’immeuble qui faisait peu d’effort pour nous comprendre.

• Rafael (4/5): Great location and security but several points to improve - Location is great and the apartment is spacious. There are restaurants, bars, services, supermarkets, etc at walking distance. AC is very functional. Security is inside the building. There is police around There is black mold in the bathrooms. The oven didn't work, although the Pineapple said they would be available 24h, they never answered. None of the blow dryers work as they don't fit in the plugs. There are ants all over the place. The bathroom of the main room has no door. Unfortunately, each mattress and the sofa smell like pee/sweat/humidity. It can be perceived when seating or sleeping. The announcement says that all appliances work but some just don't. They ask you to take trash out but they don't leave any trash bags. Communication is poor, they contact through Booking, their own platform, email and WhatsApp, all disconnected.
• sabrina (7/5): - The building was very safe and most of the staff was actually very attentive, the location is amazing, just around the metro and it had a good assortment of amenities The adress that came in the reservation was incomplete, there are two buildings 32 in the street and the contact provided didn't answer the phone to fix this issue, we had to send msg 3 times to get extra towels

• Livia (5/5): Fint läge men lägenhetens standard och renlighet var under förväntan. Vi rekommenderar den inte för detta priset. - Bra läge och bra säkerhet. Alltid en portier i receptionen och polis i närheten. Mikrovågsugnen fungerade mycket bra samt spis. Inte städat när vi kom dit så vi behövde be om en extra städning. Många köksmaskiner gick i sönder under vistelsen och var generellt i dåligt skick (brödrost, toastjärn). Kylen var även gammal och ofräsch. Städredskap var även smutsiga. Spolknappen på en toaletten var trög och fastnade emellanåt. Soffan ofräsch och skulle behövas bytas. Sängen i lilla rummet var hård och obekväm.
• Ricardo (8/5): Excelente estadía en un departamento muy bien ubicado, espacioso y limpio. - Muy buena ubicación, departamento muy limpio y grande Es necesario mejorar lo colchones y ropa de cama, ya que hacen que el dormir no sea confortable
• Anasofia (10/5): Muy buen lugar para disfrutar ipanema - Es muy amplia y limpia, súper bien ubicada. Encuentras lugares para desayunar a unas calles y la praia de ipanema igual está a una distancia caminando, tiene buena seguridad, siempre hay alguien el lobby que controla el acceso Tienes que tomar dos elevadores para llegar y se vuelve un poco tedioso, igual estaría bien algunos cobertores extra ya que en temporada de invierno si se enfría mucho la habitación, en general todo bien. Fue confuso el uso del WC y regular la ducha para que el agua no fuera taaan caliente, pero lo solucionamos, estaría bien si dejaran un letrero con instrucciones
