Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Super blisko marketów, piekarni czy metra. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i bardzo miły agent przekazujący mieszkanie. Polecam :)

- Patricia (7/5): - Apartamento cómodo en buena localización. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos y es muy espaciosa. Salón amplio y con agradables vistas por el balcón. No hubo posibilidad de tener alguna manta o sábana extra y teníamos frío. Las paredes con los vecinos son extremadamente finas, se oía hasta el mínimo sonido. Hay un par de escalones para llegar al ascensor, no apto para sillas de ruedas o carritos de bebé.

- Pilar (5/5): - Es amplio y muy luminoso El agua caliente tarda 1/2 hora; en la cocina faltan cuchillos de cortar(sólo había 2), vasos(5 en total), paños cocina, el mantel, la escoba no tenía palo ( los compramos) el mando de la tv y del aire estaban medio rotos, puertas faltas de pintura,el mueble de la tv destartalado,...

- Zaheen (8/5): really nice stay in central barcelona! amazingly be decorated apartments, super nice host, and good - host was super lovely and accommodating kitchen was large and nice to cook in a couple extra blankets would have been nice plus more detergent provided - only one detergent pod was given which is difficult to do whites vs colours loads

- Natasha-leigh (4/5): All round disappointing experience! - Great location. That’s it! Before arriving I had to fill out a check in form which already had the previous tenants details in full. Major GDPR breach. Upon arrival we had to pay a check in fee?? Check in fee?? In cash?? We were told as they were leaving that the tv remote had been stolen by the previous tenant, so we didn’t have use of it. I found the remote stuffed down the side of the sofa later that night for them and got it working again. We chose this apartment for the good lighting. It doesn’t have that so don’t trust the pictures. Sockets were hanging off walls everywhere. Shelving was questionable. It was extremely noisy so we couldn’t have any windows open. Upon leaving I get a demand for payment for a stain to a duvet which was already there when we arrived but because I didn’t take a picture, they are demanding €50 to replace something I didn’t cause. I would avoid this company to be honest. I wish I’d have found anywhere else!
