• LITING (7/5): 一樓的房間床下竟然還有垃圾，提供的吹風機是壞掉的，還好我們自己有自備一支，說隔天要拿一支過來也沒有。只有一樓的房間比較大可以放行李箱，其他房間都沒有多餘位置可以放行李箱。 - 離車站很近 實際房間數與網站上的不符，少了一間房間，我們人數總共12人根本不夠睡，預訂當下都無告知，入住時才發現，詢問房東才叫我們自己拿備用棉被鋪在客廳的和室睡！

• Adie (8/5): Great experience. Perfect location for exploring Ueno. - Great place to stay in Ueno. An experience in a Japanese type house. Clean, a well equipment kitchen, close to station, shops and park . We were there for the night then caught the skyliner the next day to airport. It snowed, which was beautiful but unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to explore Ueno park . There are lots of steep stairs so if you have large bags they will need to stay downstairs.

• KIM (10/5): Recommend thanks for helping us during our stay. - We had an excellent stay at this property during our trip to Tokyo from November 5–9, 2025. The accommodation is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and located just a few minutes’ walk from Ueno Station, which made traveling around the city extremely convenient. My family truly enjoyed the stay. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, always willing to assist with any questions we had. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant, convenient, and well-hosted stay in Tokyo. We would definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

• Oiyan (7/5): Nice comfy villa but with lots of stairs as it is 3 floors! - The villa itself is set in 3 floors, so it was big enough for a family of 11. The rooms were comfortable and the sitting room was spacious for everyone to communal together. There was only one bathroom located on the ground floor, so living on the 3rd floor you will have to go all the way down plus the stairs are also quite steep. It is the first time I stayed at a villa with no information booklets regarding of the stay and property, we had no idea how or where to dispose the rubbish, plus the address that was given to us for check in was wrong so it took us a while to find the villa.
