• Нина (10/5): Силно препоръчвам! - Всичко ми хареса! Като започнем от изключително отзивчивия и любезен домакин, който се отзоваваше на всички въпроси, които имахме още преди да сме пристигнали! Когато пристигнахме на летището, бяхме объркани как да стигнем до мястото, звъннахме му и той веднага предложи да дойде и да ни вземе. По пътя, преди да ни настани спря и ни показа от къде да си вземем билети за градския транспорт и кои са ни най-изгодни. Настани ни и отново ни каза, че ако имаме нужда от нещо, с удоволствие ще ни съдейства. Апартаментът беше просторен и много чист, оборудван с всички удобства - миялна, пералня, печка, хладилник, кана за вода, кафемашина и изобщо всичко необходимо. Домакинът, Жерар се беше погрижил и да не останем гладни и жадни 🙂, като ни беше оставил различни неща за добре дошли - хляб, вода, сок, вино, бира, шунка, кашкавал, мъфини, чипс, както и капсули кафе и чай! В банята беше оставил различни шампоани и душгелове. Мястото е на 2-3 минути от спирката на влакчето, с което можеш да стигнеш навсякъде. Районът е много приятен и безопасен. На две крачки разстояние от няколко супермаркета, заведения и кафе-сладкарнички. Чувствахме се комфортно и останахме много доволни от цялото преживяване! Много благодарим за топлото посрещане и за всичко, което направи за нас домакинът Жерар! Ако някой ден решим да отидем пак в Барселона, със сигурност ще отседнем пак там! Всичко беше супер!
• Konstantinos (10/5): Amazing stay in a peaceful neighborhood - We had an exceptional stay at this apartment. The owner, Gerard, was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He even kindly provided some groceries for our breakfast, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The internet speed was excellent, allowing me to continue working and upload video files without any issues. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again.

• Sandra (10/5): Easy Access to Barcelona - The host, Gerard, is friendly and helpful. He ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and spotless. We used public transportation from the airport and also into Barcelona. The neighborhood is safe and has nearby amenities. We highly recommend staying here.

The owner is extremely friendly, always happy to offer advice, and stays in contact with you throughout your stay. Highly recommended. /
• Ken (10/5): We've stayed in short term rentals all over the world and Gerard's place, by far, has been the best. - Everything, absolutely everything. Gerard was the very best host that I have ever met and we have travelled all over the world staying in short term rentals. His is a new standard of excellence. I have given many 5/5 evaluations on stays in the past so then I would have to give Gerard's place a 6, 7 or 8 out of 5 as his goes above and beyond. The quality of the kitchen, the amount of hot water, the quality of the beds, and linens, and blankets, and comfy beds, and chairs, and kitchen table, and the entrance, and the safe, quiet community, and the quality of the restaurant next door, the bakery, and the grocery store just down the block, and the parking were all excellent or above! Bright, shiny and clean. The place was super spacious. We stayed with two kids, 9 and 12 and it was perfect for them. Gerard is the most responsive host that I have ever met. Excellent wifi. I cannot say enough good things and look forward to coming back again. The train service from the city was also excellent, quick, efficient, clean, and safe. I truly look forward to returning to Barcelona to stay at Gerard's place again.
• Mihai (10/5): A very successful stay. - For anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and not minding a 30 minute train ride to the centre (Plaza de España) this accommodation is ideal. Very clean, furnished with everything you need. The hosts Gerard and his wife are wonderful people. They were very helpful with transport options and their recommendations for dinner. I highly recommend this accommodation. I don't know what could have been better! Maybe a bigger balcony!

• Claudia (10/5): Everything you need for a nice trip. - Everything was amazing. The owner was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about everything. He kept the dialog with us for 3 weeks until we arrived to the location. Because we arrived late, he left us pasta, wine and small gifts and toys for our 2 small children.
• Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - 100% recommendation + Gerard is an exceptional helpful and caring host + enough space and well equipped for a longer stay +clean +the neighbourhood offers everything you need grocery, restaurants, parking spaces - if you're with children playgrounds, ice cream spot +public transfer to Barcelona City is easy to use and cheap (you would absolutely need no car to visit everything (even Monserrat) of course there are neighbours so there is a risk for noise but we had no problem to sleep the week we stayed
• Andrei (10/5): Great stay in a nice apartment with the wonderful host. - The property and host, Gerard, exceeded my expectations. Gerard was so nice that he picked me up at the airport and brought to the property and helped with the purchase of the commuter card. He explained me what grocery stores and restaurants are around -one of them, and very good, is just in the same building. Some food and a bottle of vine were left in a kitchen as a welcome present! Gerard was very attentive to my needs and helped with small things. The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. It is very quiet during the night i.e. no nightclubs nearby, noisy tourists etc. so I slept very well. Grocery stores are in 3-5 minutes walk and the food was excellent. I For those who like hiking it's a mountain nearby with the great Barcelona view. Commuting to Barcelona by train is very easy and trains are frequent especially in rush hours so no problems here as well. At the end, Gerard picked me up at the apartment and brought to airport which is ~20 minutes drive. I am very happy that I rented this place and recommend it to others. Vacation ends (:- Other than this, can't find any real issues that I dislike. Even managed to tolerate "slightly" elevated amount of tourists in Barcelona ( hint: try to stay after the end of the tour)...
• Hoai (10/5): great - Everything is wonderful, the apartment is 16km from the center, quiet, fully equipped, and very carefully cared for. The host is kind and thoughtful, even preparing toys for my children, gifts, and teddy bears. Great choice for families. I will stay here when I return to Barcelona nothing, everything is great
• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Nice appartment and very friendly owner. Good shops and restaurants nearby. To find a parking place was not a problem at anytime. We spent a day in the neighboring Colonia Guell. Recommended!!!
