• Claire (8/5): Nice house. Well equipped kitchen. - 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet was great for 8 people. Mentions spa and basketball court in many documents but they are not present.

• Louisa (10/5): Relaxing Vibe in the heart of Rosebud - Lovely and comfortable. Decorated superbly giving it a relaxing vibe. Rooms for all of us with enough bathrooms to get ready for a wedding. Cool and relaxing on a 40 degree day. The main shower is a bit backward to the usual types of showers. A full length mirror would be handy. But really this is minor.
• Bay (10/5): Good house, location, 3’ drive to wooly and nice cofffe shop name: Nortys. - Big space and nicely decoration. The house have everything you need from kitchen to laundry. Clean towels, clean house and the kids was happy. The recycle bin was full so we have to bring home ours. And general bin was stinky.

• Mary (8/5): House 2 is indeed Lovely - Rosebud Lovely House 2 is very spacious and neat. Everything was provided - there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm during our cold December stay. Each bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, handwash and toiletries. The extra ensuite upstairs was great, especially when you are accommodating 8 adults. The house is also only a 3min drive to the local Woolies, it's a very good location. On the first day, a patch in the lounge room floor felt sticky. The kitchen door handles, remote controls and the coffee table area felt sticky to the touch too. There were some areas that needed attention and some TLC too. The host was quick to respond though, even on a public holiday, which was appreciated.

• Vanisha (9/5): Nice getaway spot - House was nice and spacious. Rooms were nicely set. Basic kitchen appliances were present. The space was clean. Instructions were easy to follow. Hosts were easy to reach. Overall my girls and I had fun. The drive way was tiny which is not a big issue since I had a sedan. Other small things like cloth rack or hangers in the washroom to hold your towels and caddy to keep your toiletries would be a nice touch. At least 2 hair dryers as I would think large groups would come to stay. As much I appreciated the instructions, I also felt there were many restrictions that were sent prior to the day. I get it's to make sure the neighbours are not disturbed and the place is kept tidy, but think it was the incorporation of the potential fines that always kept me on my toes
• Ivan (8/5): We had a wonderful stay at the place. - The house was spacious and comfortable for two families, four adults and four kids. Enough space for personal space and also for the entire families to gather together to enjoy meals and entertainment. We didn't get to use the outdoor facilities as we were out most of the days and rained as well. Some of the mattress are abit soft, though that could a personal preference :) The obly negative experien was we couldn't find our son's transformer (black car) and searched everywhere for it! Whoever stays over next and finds it please let me or the owners know! Much appreciated :)
• Balsam (1/5): Being unable to get into the home ruined the stay for us. - Nice house On arrival to location, I had called that morning to ask how the check in instructions to the house would be to making the process easier. I was advised that the keys would be in the lockbox with no further details given. On arrival I came to the first house and found keys in the lockbox and opened the first home as I assumed that was the right one however it was not and i realised the second home was the correct one. As I made my way to find the lockbox it took forever to find as there was no instructions to where it could be. There was no code provided to me on how to open the lockbox and it would not open, the keys from the first house did not open the second house. My family and I were outside for an hour, we were all exhausted and tired and the children were scared as it was 7pm at night. We were ready to leave as we had no other options and no where to stay for the night. I callled the provided phone number, I contacted the stay via email and I asked the neighbours as I had no other choice and found no answers. It was only until my nephew managed to open the houses back door into the backyard and find the sliding door unlocked, and that’s how we let our selves into the home. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of information and the lack of support available to guests when unsure what to do. If it wasn’t for my nephew fiddling around and finding the back door unlocked which I must say is very unprofessional and unsafe. I am extremely unhappy and was not satisfied with the stay. I contacted airway and spoke to someone and they told me they would give me a call in the day which I received no call back. This is the worst experince I have ever had with an accomodation. As I told the representative on the phone I would like a full refund as I was inconvenienced and honestly ruined my holiday. It caused a lot of frustration as you can imagine.

• Katelyn (6/5): Would expect more for the price - Unit was spacious Not very clean. Cobwebs all over outdoor furniture. The chairs inside and outside were broken. Only had airconditioning upstairs and it was very hot downstairs.They had no fly screens on the doors so couldn't leave them open. If I knew all this I wouldn't have booked this place. The trees were very overgrown and the recycling bin was half full from previous guests.

Lovely welcome sign and birthday card and gift for my father who was celebrating his 70th birthday. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to another stay in the near future. Just something to note. The driveway is quite narrow, but the garage is very spacious once you are down the driveway.
• Fisun (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, and felt very welcomed . - We loved the space in the house and the bathrooms. Kitchen was spacious. Having 3 bathrooms made our stay very easy. And the host was very helpful and responsive. She provided what ever we needed during our stay. Beds could’ve been abit more comfortable, and the couches downstairs could’ve been updated for a better resting.. Also, the TV was very small for the space.

In a quiet location and short walk to the shops and the beach and Arthur’s Seat. Overall it was a lovely stay 🙂 The wifi/Netflix buffered at times …probably more of an issue with Netflix.

• Jaime (10/5): It was a great stay in Rosebud, would definitely recommend this place to everyone! - Everything was great, the host was responsive and any problems were rectified promptly. The complimentary chocolate was a nice touch :) The place was fully equipped with everything needed. The kids loved the table tennis and the ukulele! Nothing, just that you need to be aware when bringing a bigger car as the driveway is a bit narrow since the unit is at the back.
• Jan (8/5): Nice house and lovely accommodation. Very comfortable and I’d recommend it. - The House was lovely and large and comfortable. It was clean and very modern. A great place to stay for four people. We were ready to have a quiet night in streaming some programs but unfortunately there wasn’t a smart TV. There was also too many emails and rules. It’s a shame owners feel they have to have a long list of what you can and can’t do. Common s eve and respect should prevail.

Hosts are very approachable and there was a lot of detail to the set up of the house. We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Activities were in a damaged condition. For eg, we couldn't play table tennis since the rackets were broken. Otherwise we had a great time!

It was spacious. We couldn’t stream to any tv - and could only view regular tv There was only one towel per guest - and no toilet paper holders. It was a nice place - but for the location should not have cost the amount we paid

We sort out other accommodation and came across Rosebud Lovely House 2. It was beautiful when we entered. Comfortable, warm and inviting. Everything was good
