Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

- Cher (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic - just a short walk from the beach and facilities. A big space with good kitchen equipment. The upstairs section was in great condition and very clean but the downstairs was in need of a much more thorough clean.
- Steven (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and easy access to a range of beaches and bay areas. - Great location - close to amenities and beach areas. The cleaning of the unit needed to be better. A lot of spider webs, windows sill and tracks were very dirty. We needed to vacuum floors when we arrived. The maindoor handle was not working properly so we used the garage to enter/exit. The outdoor area is in bad need of cleaning (pathway is thick with fungus/mold - pressure cleaning needed badly).

- Sophie (10/5): Fantastic apartment for a weeks getaway, loved it! - Location was perfect for us as we have family just round the corner and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk for us. We found it to be clean and had all the things we needed for doing washing etc. Great downstairs shower room too which is perfect when coming back from the beach. Garage access was great for unloading and loading the car too.
Wifi worked perfectly even on the balcony and downstairs. Literally the only thing for me was I didn't like my young kids being downstairs near the front door, garage access and back door to the garden so they had the main bedroom and we slept downstairs - but that's me being an over protective parent likely
- Tracey (4/5): Do not recommend - The location was great It was dirty, cockroaches in shed, floors dirty, wardrobes filthy, air conditioner couldn't be used due to how filthy it was, it would be a health hazard to use it. Spider webs everywhere. No instructions on how to use the microwave or oven which were both not straight forward. It smelt, musty and moldy especially downstairs and downstairs wardrobes. I had to vacuum it myself on arrival and sweep the shed. I was over charged for the state of this place.
