• Rinintha (10/5): Perfect Place for Group Stay. - The house has a decent space for all our 10 big luggages that we brought for an expo in Tokyo. Our 5 team member had ample space when it comes to the bed rooms. For 5 people, it's a good thing that this property has 2 toilets. The staff was so helpful and responded very promptly to our messages regarding the trash disposal, providing batteries for the stove ignition, and even delivered cutleries when we found only one spoon. It's very close to Shin Otsuka station (which is one stop away from Ikebukuro on the Marunouchi Line) and Otsuka Station (on the JR Yamanote Line). The nearest supermarket, Maruetsu (24hrs) and the drugstore is just a short walk even though you have to climb some flights of stairs. If you like baths, it's a bit of a downside since this property only has one shower room with no bathtub.
• Rostiani (8/5): Nice location and responsive host - Location is 3 min walk to shin otsuka station. It has kitchen with a rice cooker, an oven, 2 burner stove, and a refrigerator. Very clean. Have two bedroom, one bedroom for max 2 people and another is the whole third floor without doors. No dining table but we (4 person) can manage to eat in a 2 seater sofa and the carpeted area. Very small washbasin. So the water will spill out of it then ruin the wall behind it.
• Dedy (8/5): Very good - Good and maintained facility, great location within a very short distance from subway. Thin building structures, walls and floors.
• Laura (10/5): Good 4 night stay for us 3 adults - The apartment was fine for our 4 night stay. Plenty of bed space for us 3 adults. Apartment is about 5 minutes away from train, bus stops and supermarkets. We had no problems with our stay and the apartment is in a very quiet area. The only criticism is the small washbasin on the landing.
