• Homi (3/5): DO NOT STAY THERE IS YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP AND SAFETY. - The location is good, on Zara Road. Do not stay here. Our stay from May 11–15 was a complete disaster. Despite being located directly across from a mattress store, the bed was unusable; the mattress was so soft that we sank into it, resulting in severe back pain. The pillows were flat, causing neck strain, and the extra sheets provided were stained with mysterious dried liquids. The room has zero natural airflow. Even on a 17°C night, we were sweating. The air conditioning is poorly designed, blowing directly onto your face while only cooling half the room due to a partial wall. After the first night, the AC controls broke. We were forced to open windows to breathe, all while the outdoor fan unit made a deafening noise like a construction site. Cleanliness and maintenance issues: Bathroom: Extensive mold in the shower wall grout and a broken toilet flush that runs constantly unless pressed perfectly. Hygiene: Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 4-day stay, and the extra ones we found were insufficient. Security: There is a large hole in the front door lock that allows people to see straight into the room from the hallway. The door also screeches loudly when moved. Heating: The heater emitted a strange, unsafe smell, so we couldn't use it. Service and Communication: Their check-in system is frustrating. We submitted our data early, but the portal never updated. We only got a response after bypass-messaging their "assistant" bot. "Leo," the contact person, was unresponsive for hours when we asked about luggage, arrived late for our check-in, and was dismissive and unprofessional once he arrived. To top it off, the cleaning supplies were incomplete (a broom with no dustpan). Avoid this place if you value your sleep and safety.
• Szymon (3/5): Uncomfortable stay due to noise and poor sleeping conditions - The apartment is located in a nice area and close to the metro. There is also a grocery store nearby and some restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable. The mattress was extremely soft and made of low-quality foam. When two people sleep on it, it collapses in the middle, making it very uncomfortable. The apartment was also quite noisy. The air conditioning unit was installed directly in the window shutter and produced very loud noise, making it impossible to use at night. Additionally, the entrance door did not provide proper sound insulation. Noise from the staircase could be clearly heard inside the apartment.
• Katharina (3/5): - Die Lage war sehr nah an der Station Zara, was für mich perfekt war. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war mittel. Die Kommunikation mit CleanBnB im Anschluss wegen Anforderung einer Rechnung war sehr schleppend. Auch kann keine richtige Rechnung mit allen Beträgen ausgestellt werden sondern nur Teilbeträge. Nicht für berufliche Reisen geeignet.

• Dusan (3/5): - Location. Fore this price, at least walls need to be freshly painted. Walls are in really bed condition. And when something like that waits you in the room, all the good things are shaded. Also AC don't heat. Don't go there when it's cold. I've never wright a bad review on Booking but this time... This space have a potential but not in this condition.
• FRANCISCO (1/5): Asqueroso - Ubicacion ABSOLUTAMENTE ASQUEROSO, SUCIEDAD POR TODAS PARTES, EL COLCHON TUVIMOS QUE DARLE LA VUELTA POR QUE PARECÍA COGIDO DE LA BASURA, ( PENA NO PODER PONER FOTOS) EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA, TOTALMENTE ANTI HIGIÉNICO, MIERDA POR TODOS LOS RINCONES.

• Monika (9/5): - Na krótki pobyt jest ok. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metra. Pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Łóżko wygodne. Pan Javier wysłał bardzo jasne instrukcje dot. meldowania. Sposób check-in przed przyjazdem: konieczność wysłania skanów dokumentów. Jedna lampka przy łóżku nie działa, klimatyzacja nie działa, półka w łazience jest krzywa przez co wszystko z niej spada, brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience.

• Mario (5/5): - La posizione del b&b, il check-in online La pulizia non era ottimale anzi. Il letto scomodo ma soprattutto senza lenzuolo ad angolo (quello sotto il lenzuolo normale); praticamente se si spostava un po’ nella notte (e capitava) ti ritrovavi a dormire su un materasso non del tutto igienico. Il bagno già di per sè privo di luce perché ceco, avendo i muri di un colore blu scuro sembrava ancora più scuro di quello che doveva. Non c’era nulla per poggiare la carta igienica, stessa cosa per poggiare il sapone in doccia. Un’altra cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è stato il fatto che per un soggiorno di 3 notti (da sabato a Martedì) la roba in dotazione (asciugamani, spazzatura) era per un soggiorno di una notte.

• Cristian-petre (9/5): Looks like the pictures - Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, the host was very kind and responsive. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and only 40 min walk to Duomo if you want to take the city by foot and enjoy what it has to offer. Heating can be an issue in colder months as the only heating source is an AC.

Even though our flight got delayed, the lady made the property available when we eventually arrived. Cute balcony. The shower head didn't provide consistent water flow

Comfy bed - Even though it is a tiny apartment it was very spacious and very well lit, it has an AC so the temperature was always great. The bed is really really comfortable, great night's sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped, you have everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay. It wasn't very very clean, it looked like they quickly cleaned after the last guest but not thoroughly. Also it can get a bit noisy due to the AC and the street in general but nothing too crazy.

The room, despite the very nice decoration, I wish it had some other accessories like a sponge for the dishes and curtains, because in order to change clothes we had to close the shutter.

• Zoran (10/5): Lovely studio - Really nice studio. Very modern and clean, has everything you need for a short stay. The location is great, there is metro station a few minutes walk and multiple markets and stores around.
• Agius (3/5): Poor - close to metro too noisy .. boiler makes loud noise at night waking you up at all times of the night. A young man named Davide takes care of the property and has no clue of keeping time to deliver the keys of apartment and didn’t even know where the property location inside the block of apartments was. The property is located in a very run down condominium scary at times. The apartment inside is clean and recently renovated.
