• r.adam9 (10/5): - A szállás a városközpontban található, gyalogosan minden könnyen elérhető (a Panteon mindössze egyperces séta). A közelben számos kiváló étterem található. Az utcai zaj ugyan felhallatszik, de a szállásadók gondoskodtak füldugóról, ha valakit ez zavarna. Az elhelyezkedése kitűnő, a szállás pedig teljes mértékben megfelel a képeken látottaknak.

• Emily (6/5): Great if location is priority and you don't mind some inconveniences - The location is fantastic - right by the Pantheon and within walking distance of other major attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and the Vatican. It is also surrounded by very good restaurants. The host was also very helpful and let us leave our luggage on site while we toured on our last day.. While the location is great, it is also very busy and so quite noisy till late, so if you're a light sleeper or like the quiet, probably best to start clear. The room is up three very substantial flights of stairs, which we were told about, but only after booking. The climb is taxing, particularly with luggage, although someone did help us when we arrived. The bed doesn't really fit into the space and so the plug points and lights are half a meter behind the bed and hard to reach. The shower is also extremely small - so much so that I couldn't close the door and properly wash my body at the same time. It was extremely unpleasant. The description is also a bit misleading. It claims there are tea and coffee making facilities - there is a kettle, two mugs, and a disposable stirrer - not quite the same thing. But they did provide two sachets of instant coffee and some teabags. It really depends what your needs are!
• Monique (6/5): - De ligging ; vanuit de accommodatie zijn de meeste bezienswaardigheden lopend bereikbaar De accommodatie is op de 3e etage, zonder lift. De voorzieningen vonden wij enigszins karig. Er was een waterkoker aanwezig met twee mokken en twee zakjes oploskoffie. Op de foto's zijn koekjes, croissants en andere lekkernijen zichtbaar die kennelijk in de accommodatie aanwezig zijn. In ons geval lag er wel een berg zuurtjes maar van de andere zaken niets. Gelukkig zijn er ergere dingen. Verder zou het fijn zijn om glazen in de accommodatie te hebben, zodat je je frisdrank niet uit de fles hoeft te nuttigen. Zoals in meerdere reviews benoemd: de geluidsoverlast van de levendige omgeving. Als oplossing liggen oordopjes klaar. Enkel glas helpt natuurlijk ook niet echt. Verder misten wij (verduisterde) gordijnen omdat de luiken aan de buitenkant niet gesloten konden worden. Daardoor 's morgens al vroeg wakker terwijl je pas laat kon slapen. Mochten we ooit weer in Rome komen, dan niet meer deze accommodatie.

• Christina (3/5): Rekommenderar inte detta boende. - Centralt läge. Läget var både bra (centralt) men bedrövligt på grund av ljudnivån från gatan utanför eftersom det var extremt lyhört, både på kvällen (restauranger), under natten samt morgonen när det tömdes glasflaskor. För den ljudkänsliga är detta absolut inte att rekommendera. Dessutom luktade det avlopp i rummet båda dagarna och personalen stressade oss mycket gällande city tax. Vi är väldigt missnöjda.

• Allard Bolland (9/5): - Very comfortable appartment on a perfect location near to a lot of Roman highlights. The host, Danielle, was very supportive in preparation and during the trip. The street where the appartment is located is full with restaurants and a bit noisy during the night. But thats the choice of being on such a good location in the middle of the city.

• Guest (9/5): Great place to stay for first time visitors, the proximity to tourist attractions is unbelievable. - Clean room, nice bathroom, perfect location to all the attractions. Easy access. If you are a light sleeper, this isnt for you. Even with ear plugs provided by the guest house, it does get loud late in the evening and early morning.

Otel odası 3. Katta, katlardan odaya çıkarken biraz tedirgin olduk. En önemlisi bence resepsiyon vs olmaması tamamen tek basımıza girip çıkış yapıyoruz.

While checking out, we saw the woman in charge of cleaning, she was like so amazing and clean! If i would be back in Rome, i would definitely come back!!!

• Natalia (2/5): - Fast communication — the host always responded very quickly. Very clear instructions on how to get there and check in independently. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation, as my stay there was very stressful. It was a spontaneous trip, and I booked what I thought was a 4-star hotel with good reviews. As I later understood, the four squares on Booking represent the review rating, not the star classification. Surprisingly, the biggest downside was the location. I was traveling alone and wanted to feel safe, so I chose a very central spot — which turned out to be a big mistake. The street was very noisy and dirty, and there was absolutely no sound insulation in the apartment — you could hear everything. It was extremely noisy: right under my window, there was loud equipment (probably an exhaust fan or air conditioner) that ran even at night. Additionally, every evening there was a very irritating sound, like water hitting an empty plastic container, which lasted until around 1 a.m. Earplugs didn’t help at all. There were ants in the room. The staircase in the building was always dirty. In the mornings, I saw traces of blood and, for the first time in my life, very large cockroaches about 3-4 cm long 🤢 — which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. The entrance to the building was cluttered with garbage and had a foul smell. The apartment door was very noisy and couldn’t be opened quietly, so I woke up startled every time someone came back late at night. The bathroom was very inconvenient: it was impossible to take a shower without getting my head wet; the sink was very small and had a shelf above it, making it hard to wash my face without hitting my forehead. The air conditioner was located directly opposite the bed and blew air right into my face, even when I tried to redirect it. I had to turn it off at night, which made the room stuffy. When I requested a price reduction, which I considered fair given the circumstances, the owner refused, responding only that “But it’s right next to the Pantheon” 🤦‍♀️.

• Cielo (8/5): Buena habitación en edificio medieval - La habitación y el baño estaban completamente renovados. La comunicación fue muy fluida en todo momento. El edificio era muy antiguo, en tercer piso por escalera y un poco descuidado.

Buen ambiente.

• Agostina (10/5): Lovely and beautiful stay - The place was two blocks from the Pantheon, in the middle of a very nice and beautiful street. Though there were lots of restaurants downstairs, the place was very quiet! I had no issues with noises or whatever. I enjoyed the location a lot, since I was a solo traveler and felt very safe at all times. The bathroom was very comfortable, I had no issues with hot water. Nothing to say!

• Marcia (9/5): Pantheon 15 valeu - A localização é excepcional. Pode ser feito tudo a pé. Muitos restaurantes bons, cafés, gelaterias na rua do hotel e nas proximidades. É também muito próximo à Via del Corso, onde passam os ônibus, inclusive o 85, que vai para Estação Termini, com trem direto para o aeroporto Fiumiccino. As instalações são muito boas, assim como a limpeza. Agradeço a atenção de Roberto (antecipou o check-in para 14h) e em especial, a Daniele que colaborou muito comigo, fazendo a gentileza de me deixar guardar a mala no hotel até o momento do check-in (foi falado que só podem manter as bagagens dos hóspedes no check-out), como cheguei às 7h30 da manhã, faria o quê com a mala até 14h.... Como o hotel fica no terceiro andar (mais de 55 degraus) e sem elevador (mesmo sendo avisado na reserva), na hora de subir com as malas é bastante extenuante. No check out, a funcionária Lara foi muito gentil e me ajudou. Então tem que se estar preparado fisicamente para as inúmeras subidas e decidas diárias.

However, being so central an located above a busy alleyway with restaurants, one should be prepared for some noise until late at night. Ear plugs are extremely helpful

• Sonia (7/5): Ottima posizione, ma non si dormiva di notte - La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri dal Pantheon. Il centro storico si riesce a visitarlo tutto a piedi. La stanza era pulita e ampia e anche il bagno. Il sig. Daniele molto disponibile e gentile. I frastuoni notturni dovuti dai ristoranti all'aperto sotto l'edificio che chiudevano dopo le 23, gli schiamazzi dei turisti e i rumori assordanti, all'alba, della raccolta dei rifiuti lasciati dai ristoranti. La stanza è troppo poco isolata dai rumori esterni e non consente un riposo sereno.

• Hélène (4/5): Logement bruyant - L’hôte nous a fourni quelques recommandations utiles, ce qui a été apprécié. Mis à part son emplacement idéal — en plein cœur des principales attractions — je ne recommande pas ce logement. Le logement est situé dans une rue extrêmement bruyante. Même avec les fenêtres fermées, on entend un vacarme incessant provenant de chanteurs de rue, musiciens et passants, et ce, jusqu’aux petites heures du matin. De plus, un camion de déchets passe durant la nuit, causant beaucoup de bruit, y compris des sons de verre brisé. L’accès au logement est également problématique : l’entrée est jonchée de déchets et le sol est infesté de coquerelles. En résumé, malgré son bon emplacement, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.

Very noisy area but they said this will be fixed. Would have liked an iron and a tap to fill the kettle.

La habitación es agradable y limpia. El baño es demasiado pequeño e incomodo, terrible tratar de bañarte. Por otra parte si bien yo sabia por otros comentarios que se escuchaba mucho ruido, ahora puedo decir que es cierto!, ya que el hotel esta en una zona de mucho restaurante y movimiento, lo que hace muy difícil el descanso. No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

• Anthony (7/5): Comfy room, good location and nice host, but on top of a busy street. - We booked this location twice. It’s centrally located near the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and lots of cafes and restaurants. The vibe on the street is great! The host and cleaner were friendly and responsive. Daniele allowed us to check out by 11 AM, which we are super thankful for. Not easy to get to—especially if you have to haul your luggage. You’ll need to walk through a busy street with restaurants near the Pantheon. The taxi will drop you off quite far. It’s important to note that you’ll have to carry your luggage up four flights of stairs. We're pretty fit, so we didn't mind the walking and carrying. I'm mentioning this for others who might have physical barriers or challenges moving around. If you're sensitive to noise, I suggest finding another location, as this is situated above a very busy street. The windows are not double-glazed, so the noise can be quite loud.

Had to wait over 1 hour for help to arrive and let me into my room! My room No 4 did not resemble anywhere close to the pictures presented by the hotel! Nobody available to help with carrying luggage up 3 flights. No breakfast included (which is not common in Rome) After first night, room and bed not cleaned and made up! At departure nobody to help with bring down luggage to street level! The worse hotel experience in my life! I’ve been to third world countries where accommodations and service were far better!

• Kimberly (5/5): We loved the location and the room. It was way to loud for us. - The location was great. It was easy to walk to all the major sites. We were given many places to visit and they were good. It is very loud all the time. We have stayed in loud areas before but the noise was all day and night. You can hear the people eating off their plates, there is a restaurant below the room. We did not get much sleep the whole time we were there.
• Mathieu B (10/5): A perfect quiet place in a crowdy area - Friendly, quiet, clean The location is very perfect BUT… the street is very crowdy and such a mess to go through. So perfect but plan extra minutes to walk with luggages

• Dejan (10/5): - Izvanredna lokacija - Pantheon je odmah iza ugla. Sve glavne atrakcije su u krugu od 15-20 minuta šetnje. Apartman je bio izuzetno čist. Daniele je bio vrlo susretljiv. Mislim da bi od pomoći turistima bila informacija da je na par minuta hoda autobuska stanica, čija linija 85 vozi direktno na stanicu Termini (ove informacije nisam mogao pronaći pri rezervaciji). Zna biti nezgodno uveče zbog buke jer je objekat u samom centru grada, ali ništa što bi pokvarilo ugođaj, premda smo to saznanje imali i pri rezervaciji :) Uglavnom, sve preporuke!
• Elisabetta (8/5): Host gentile e disponibile - La posizione Che non ci fosse la pulizia giornaliera e le troppe scale per raggiungere l’appartamento
• Maurizio (9/5): Tutto come nelle aspettative, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Stanza ampia, pulita, tutto come descritto. Posizione comoda, facile da trovare, istruzioni per l'accesso perfette. Staff gentile e cordiale. 3° piano senza ascensore, ma te lo dicono prima: è una tua scelta. Ovviamente è timorosa la strada sotto, ma non puoi non saperlo, sei sola strada dei ristoranti al Pantheon.
