• Michelle F (10/5): Stunning accommodation - Noonan House was truly a gem—an easy 10/10 property. Mia and Tony were incredibly thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided everything we could possibly need, from eggs, butter, and bread to shortbread, chocolates, milk, tea, and coffee. The house itself is stunning, with each room beautifully furnished and exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the heating was excellent—just right for chilly mornings. The property is meticulously maintained, and the view over the backyard was both calming and picturesque. Plus, it’s just a short, easy walk into town for supplies or a meal. Thank you for such a well-presented home and outstanding hospitality.

Gloriously spacious rooms, great beds, comfortable living space and the most thoughtful arrival goodies! Beyond happy with the hosts communication and a perfect location to Woodend and all its quaint amenities. The only thing we didn't like was that we only had 3 nights there - could have stayed for weeks!!!

• Gené (10/5): Accommodation, location and hosts, four stars all the way. - The house was much more than we expected with every little thing was catered for. We were welcomed with an amazing welcome package which started our girls weekend with a smile. The house was absolutely perfect, set out well for space and privacy if needed if you had two families, beautiful back yard with lots of spots to sit and enjoy. Everyone commented on the amazing accommodation and location to town. I can’t recommend this property enough and will definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful hosts Mia and Tony who couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

The house itself is very spacious, well appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The large secure garden was perfect for our children to enjoy and play the games which were provided. I would struggle to fault the property to be honest. The oven is fiddly and I was glad that the owner could come to help me get it to stay on.

From the comfortable beds, lovely bedding, great outdoor games to play in the lovely garden and beautiful furnishings to the location (a very easy walk to the shops yet so quiet and peaceful) we loved it all. Mia was so lovely in communicating with us prior to our arrival to ask how many children we were bringing - she left them lots of Easter treats along with lovely fresh bread, jams, sparkling wine and the most gorgeous fresh flowers. The generous and thoughtful touches by the hosts included surprises and treats, along with welcoming and very responsive communication. The house was spacious, as was the well maintained expansive garden. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again!

• Jill (10/5): NEW YEAR WITH FRIENDS - We had a fabulous stay. We cooked dinner for NYE which was fabulous, and off to Hanging Rock races new years day. Everything we needed was there. As it was quite windy a couple of days, a couple of door jams/wedges just to hold the door open. Other than that we couldn't fault it.

Fresh flowers throughout and special bathroom products were very thoughtful and much appreciated. We did not use the large garden and outside facilities as it was raining but they looked good. The kiddies’ toy box was a favourite!

• Amanda (10/5): Stylish and comfortable house in beautiful Woodend - This was my second visit to the property, and it was just a wonderful as the second time. We were a group of 6 friends, and all were thrilled with the house. There is a large and comfortable living area for us all to congregate and share time together, but with bedrooms well away for those who wanted an earlier night or sleep in The kitchen has everything we needed, and a dining table as well to share meals. The bathrooms are modern, and the beds comfortable. The heating works very well, and there were lots of blankets too. And, as so many extra touches, including some welcoming provisions from our host. There is lots to do in and around Woodend. The home is a short stroll to the main street, and we visited the Farmer's Market, Holgate Brewery and Woodend Cellar Bar, as well as a drive up to Macedon for a walk in the national park. Our host was super kind and helpful. We highly recommend the house.

Stylish, clean, very comfortable and with everything we could possibly need, from umbrellas to outside games. The beds were comfortable with quality linen, modern bathrooms with plush towels, and a well decked out kitchen. An easy, flat 10 minute walk from the Main Street, hotels, brewery, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Our host was prompt with communication and so helpful. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

The home is warm, carefully and thoughtfully appointed, super comfortable, cute little touches everywhere (welcome basket of bread and jam and little vases of handpicked flowers), excellent quality linens and a full kitchen of everything you need to cook up a feast to feed a crowd. The outside has so many sitting spots and there was chopped wood ready for the outdoor fire. PERFECT! Nothing - this home is perfect!
