• Annamaria (3/5): - Lo staff è stato gentile La posizione è ingannevole, si trova a Shinjuku ma comunque a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La struttura è minuscola, non sufficiente per 4 persone ed i bagagli. Uno dei muri della camera risultava sporco ed il bagno non si poteva arieggiare, aveva una doccia minuscola che quando usata praticamente lasciava acqua in tutto il bagno e c’era molta muffa (dovuta probabilmente al fatto che non era possibile arieggiare). Il prezzo è sicuramente basso ma comunque il posto non risulta in linea.

• DANIEL (7/5): Un buen lugar para visitar Tokyo - La situación es inmejorable y Tokyo es una ciudad donde estás poco tiempo en el hotel, para viajar asi es 100% recomendable. No tiene ascensor y si te toca el 5 piso se hace duro con las maletas.

• Bushman (9/5): Great place to stay, cheap and good location within walking distance to train station and central shinjuku. - Small and nice, convenient location and easy to communicate with staff. Kitchen was well stocked which is nice because we like to cook some of our own meals. Getting to it was a little confusing- two different addresses were sent with mixed instructions about how to get there. Make sure to pay attention to where your specific stay is as it might be a little different from what it says online.

• Fiona (8/5): Great apartment for the price. Well located to Train/Subway line. - Large apartment with all usual facilities. Good wifi and 5 minutes to train/subway line. Good value for money. Bars and Restaurants 2 minutes away. Address location given was initially incorrect, but kind member of staff walked me round to my apartment.
• Sharon (4/5): not staying here again. too many stairs. - clean so. many. stairs. and the fact that it was not mentioned in the description is so cunning. it would’ve been better if they gave us a heads up about the stairs. so so disappointed. we had to carry our luggage up to 5TH FLOOR which is crazy to even think about. Idc if the location’s great, if we had to carry our big luggage up to 5th floor, no thanks. other thing, it was not like the description. they said that we’re gonna have 2 rooms, one with 2 double bed, and the other one with 1 single bed. instead, it was only 1 room with 2 double bed & 1 foldable single bed. so we’re all packed into 1 room. disappointing. not recommended, especially when you’re traveling with elderly people.
