• Isabelle (10/5): Ich würde bei einem nächsten Mal sofort wieder hierher kommen! - Es gab kein klassisches Frühstück, aber Kapseln für die Maschine und Kekse/Nutella für den grössten Hunger. Allerdings: Es gibt in Fussdistanz so viele Restaurants und Cafés mit den tollsten Leckereien und dem besten italienischen "Café"... Die Lage der Residenza Storica mitten im spanischen Viertel (und trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht) könnte besser nicht sein! Der Vermieter war total nett, hat fürs Check-In extra auf uns gewartet (Um ca. 20h waren wir mit Verspätung dort), uns mit guten Tipps versorgt und hat immer rasch auf whatsapps geantwortet. Ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber sehr authentisch und lustig ist der Zugang zur Rezeption - aber mit der genauen Beschreibung war das kein Problem.

• KENNY (10/5): It made my stay at Napoli even better. - 1811 Residenza Storica is an excellent place to stay when visiting Napoli. I had the pleasure of spending two nights here. The room is decorated lovely and seems to be recently renovated. The location is secure and safe. Ciro, the owner, provides you with clear instructions for check in and check out.

• Newman (10/5): Believe the pictures -- the hotel is as beautiful as it looks. - The residence had been beautifully renovated with attention to detail and the comfort of guests. The bathroom, especially, was spacious and lovely. The proprietor was very helpful -- he even came late at night to fix an issue with a light. The location was great -- right in the Spanish quarter and within walking distance to everything. One thing to note -- if you are not familiar with European homes built around a courtyard arrival might be a little offputting. We arrived at midnight (thanks to airport chaos), and followed the proprietor's clear instructions. We stepped into the courtyard which was a little dark and used a tiny elevator (like a service elevator). But as soon as we stepped off that and unlocked the front door of the hotel, it was like entering a different world. Bright, clean, and beautiful, with marble tile floors, high ceilings, a spacious breakfast room with full kitchen (supplied with juice, coffee and small breakfast items). The room, as well, had a mini fridge and kettle, tea bags. Everything had been organized with the guests' comfort in mind. I like firm beds so it was fine for me (and they were clearly new beds), but my daughter found the beds hard.

The gratis breakfast coffee and snacks was a lovely addition! The fridge seemed to work a bit loudly at night.

Everything is done to a very high standard, it was perfect. Ciro was very helpful and accommodating. Traffic and the fridge were noisy, but I understand this can’t be helped.

The room was spacious and even included a jacuzzi tub! Exceeded our expectations. The hotel lists parking as an option, but we had to reach out about the garage and did not get a clear answer on location or price.

Camera pulita e spaziosa con la possibilità di depositare i bagagli anche una volta lasciata la stanza. A 10 min di distanza a piedi da Piazza del Plebiscito e 2 min dalla via principale dei negozi. Non molto da segnalare.

• Vuotto (10/5): Great quiet B&B in perfect location – would stay again - I stayed at this B&B for 6 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was easy and smooth, even though I arrived late. The area was very quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent — everything is within just a few minutes’ walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and main attractions. If I return to Naples in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this B&B again.

• Carole (9/5): Au cœur de Naples ! - L’emplacement est absolument parfait 👍 et l’hôtel se trouve dans un vrai bâtiment d’habitation ce qui lui donne du charme. Notre chambre ultra silencieuse était dotée d’un sauna bienvenu et d’un petit balcon ouvert sur les petites rues du Quartier Espagnol. Nous avions accès à la cuisine pour nos cafés avec de quoi grignoter. Martina nous a accompagnés avec gentillesse et de bon conseil !

Favolosa! - Residenza storica, ristrutturata internamente in maniera accurata. Assistenza, accoglienza veramente TOP (ancor prima del nostro arrivo). Ciro ci ha accolto in maniera fantastica. lo staff molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un camera favolosa, con sauna e tisane (essendo dicembre è stata veramente una chicca), un affresco sopra il letto fantastico. Locale doccia bello e super pulito (come tutto il resto della struttura). Come detto anche al Signor Ciro, il mio passaparola positivo è garantito. Amici e parenti sono già stati informati sulla validità di questa struttura. Ho intenzione di tornare a Napoli e non mi passa proprio per la testa di andare altrove. Qualità a prezzo accessibile, vicino alla Metro, gentilezza, pulizia... che si vuole di più? Non carico foto perchè sono come quelle che si trovano sul sito Le camere vicino alla cucina possono essere disturbate da un utilizzo notturno o mattiniero da parte di persone poco delicate. Immagino che semplice attenzione da parte dei fruitori possa ovviare al problema ;-)

• Anna Maria (6/5): - tolle lage, sauna im zimmer, aber leider durfte der whirlpool (im zimmer) nicht gebraucht werden!?!? wir hatten sauna im zimmer, da wurden die "Saunatücher" nicht ausgewechselt, auf Anfrage hiess es dann, sie geben jetzt uns nochmals 2 frische tücher, aber die müssen bis zu unserer Abfahrt (3 Tagen) halten!!

Ci siamo innamorati di Napoli e dormire nei quartieri spagnoli e' il massimo...questa residenza e' bellissima e affascinante e fra l altro, abbiamo avuto la colazione continentale gratuita ..e' stato veramente un gesto molto molto carino..insomma ritorneremo a Napoli sicuramente e ritorneremo al 1811 camera bella e ampia, in stile e bagno grande e pulito...letto comodissimo

• Rosemary (10/5): Perfetto! - The location was fabulous...so close to Toledo Metro. Everywhere we wanted to visit in the Historic and Spanish Quarters was an easy walk. There are loads of great trattoria nearby..we ate very well! Ciro was very helpful, our room was spacious with a super comfy bed, fridge and kettle. We were there 4 nights and it couldn't have been better. A great price too. Highly recommend.

• Sara (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - La residenza si trova a pochi passi dalla metropolitana Toledo, in pieno centro (quartieri spagnoli). Stanza spaziosa, pulita e molto curata. La comunicazione con lo staff è stata ottima soprattutto per noi che arrivavamo molto tardi e dovevamo fare un self check in..

Er is niet constant iemand aanwezig maar je kunt met extra sleutels je koffers laten staan ns chechout. Het 3e bed dat erbij geplaatst werd was wat minder comfortabel.

Camerele sunt foarte curate, îngrijite și bine întreținute, iar personalul a fost amabil și mereu gata să ajute. Un loc ideal pentru cei care vor să se bucure de Napoli fără griji. • maria yolanda (9/5): - El lugar muy acogedor, limpio y decorado muy bonito. Ofrecen desayuno a pesar de que no está incluido. Muy agradable la estancia. La chica te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. La calle es variopinta, dentro de un barrio curioso, dejado y un poco cutre pero a 1 minuto de la calle Toledo, centro y lleno de tiendas y folclore de la zona.
• Michal (9/5): Krásné v centru Neapoli - Lokalita je bezpečná i po půlnoci (nečekal jsem, že se budu cítit tak bezpečně) Komunikace s ubytovatelem je výborná (poradí, zajímá se, tak jak to má být…prosím pokračujte v tom) Krásný pokoj (i docela velký) Úklid každý den (výměna ručníku 1 za 2 dny) Doporučení cesty z letiště: využijte taxi (přes aplikaci) já jel autobusem (stojí 5 eur/osoba) a vyhodí vás na nádraží + poté je nutné najít metro a jet metrem (metro mělo jezdit do 23:00, ale již ve 22:15 bylo zavřené) tak jsem musel taxíkem a to mě stálo víc než kdybych jel taxíkem z letiště :/ (taxi z letiště za 25-30 eur je ok) Příchod vypadá jako úniková hra (kdyby nebylo 22:40 tak bych se i smál) nicméně je to jednoduché pokud ČTETE POKYNY…poté již v pohodě :) Sprcha (větší čistotu + vyčistit odpady) nebýt sprchy dal bych 10/10 Wifi je pomalá (nezvládne ani přehrát seriál, změňte poskytovatele nebo znásobte rychlost!!) Ubytování je SUPER (na Itálii nad očekávání)

• Susan (9/5): - Lovely location, very lively but safe feeling. Restaurants were fantastic and couldn't believe how cheaply we could eat out in Naples. Shower was amazing and beds were really comfy. Really can't fault it. Liked everything
