• Maura (9/5): Secure and enjoyable - Charming, clean with personalized care and service from a family (literally) run B&B. Only a short walk from the train station and old city. A safe and quiet area. None. Just hope that they maintain the way they run the place.

Lorenzo, the host, is very communicative and fast respond for any questions we throw. 🫶🏼 For me, it’s a bit far from the central of crowd but still manageable

• SOFIA (9/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο Termini και αυτό εξυπηρετεί αρκετά γιατί μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια στο κέντρο. Ο Lorenzo και η μητέρα του ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Τα δωμάτιο ειναι ανακαινισμενα και καθαρά. Εχει ένα μεγαλο μπαλκόνι με λουλούδια που τρώγαμε το πρωινό μας και πίναμε τον καφέ μας. Είχαμε μια όμορφη διαμονή!

• Joshua (10/5): Comfortable, quiet and affordable option not far from the train station - The room was quiet and comfortable and an easy walk from the stazione and the centro. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and bilingual. Overall it was great. Coded locks made it easy to come back late and to access the building to retrieve my bag later in the day after checkout...my only small concern was the narrow check-in time window - but even with that, I would say that I didn't ask for any special accommodation for the time, so they might have been flexible if I had requested it.

• Sara Faye Marie (9/5): Perfect stay in Florence: ideal location! - We stayed at B&B The Lux as a couple and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect: just a 10-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and around 20 minutes from all the main points of interest in the city. It’s extremely convenient while still being quiet and relaxing. A special mention to Lorenzo, an exceptional host—welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. He made us feel truly at home from the very beginning. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations. Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect—we wouldn’t change a thing!

Fußläufig ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Es gibt wenige Gehminuten entfernt ein günstiges Parkhaus für 10€ am Tag.

Lorenzo gère le b&b avec sa maman Antonella et ils sont tous les deux très sympathiques. La chambre etait très confortable. Le b&b est bien situé, en dehors de la ZTL et à proximité direct des principales attractions de la ville. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Was contacted in advance to confirm arrival time and it was very helpful to be given info on how to get there by tram as property is located very near tram stop. Typical Italian breakfast prepared by lovely Antonella eaten by their terrace which was private and quiet. Lorenzo also offered restaurant recommendation which was also very nice. Room was clean and showering facilities good

From the moment I arrived, Lorenzo and Antoinette made me feel like family. Their warmth and kindness turned what could have been just another trip into a truly memorable experience. Each morning began with a perfect cup of coffee and a delicious pastry, always served with a smile and often accompanied by heartfelt conversations—made even more special as we bridged languages with Google Translate! Their effort to connect personally was so touching and genuine. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, a true reflection of the care and pride they put into their home. Communication before and during my stay was absolutely stellar—prompt, thoughtful, and accommodating in every way. I felt completely at home here, embraced by the hospitality and charm that makes Florence so magical. I’m already looking forward to returning—thank you, Lorenzo and Antoinette, for making my visit unforgettable.

Teilweise etwas viel Lärm von außen (Vesper-Parkplatz vor der Tür), 1-2 Steckdosen zu wenig, Kein Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken für ein kleines Handtuch

It’s really close to the city center and the main station, so we could walk everywhere easily. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. • Monika (10/5): Liebevoll geführtes BnB - Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, überaus schöne, gemütliche und saubere Zimmer, sehr nah am Bahnhof und gute Busverbindungen. Ich fühlte mich hier sehr sicher. Das Frühstück insofern man eins bucht, ist super lecker, für mich war es perfekt. Nichts auszusetzen.
