• Célia (8/5): Idéal pour un court séjour à Milan - Petit studio idéal pour passer quelques jours à Milan, équipé de tout le nécessaire, situé dans une petite cour intérieure. Le centre est facilement accessible par métro, petit supermarché à côté, pizzerias et restaurants à proximité. Contact facile avec la propriétaire. Il faut son propre abonnement poue pouvoir regarder la TV. Nous sommes tombés sur une semaine de grosse pluie à Milan, on aurait aimé pouvoir regarder des films

• Mari Mar (9/5): Corrrevhi ,nuevo y limpio . - El apartamento es como sale en la foto ,está reformado y esto nuevo . Es un bajo pero en un patio de vecinos asique no hay problemas con las ventanas y e a tranquilo . Aparcar es zona azul ,de pago aprox1 euros la hora . Nosotros queríamos ver Milan y lo mejor es dejar el coche allí y coger un metro(1'5euroa) que está cerca . No tengo ninguna pega . Quizá el enlace para hacer el chein eso me estreso y me hizo perder mucho de mi tiempo en el viaje , lo repetí muchas veces pero no estába preparado para españoles Lo acabo haciendo el dueño de la casa . Y el tema de pagar la tasa pasó lo mismo .
• Marcin (7/5): Jak nie masz PayPal to nie rezerwuj na ostatnią chwilę - Do plusów na pewno można zaliczyć lokalizację. Blisko metra, kilka minut spacerem. Dodatkowo 10 metrów od bramy wejściowej można zakupić pizzę (jakościowo przeciętną, ale jest). W okolicy jest również kilka sklepów. Klimatyzacja daje radę. Lokal w zasadzie czysty poza jakimiś małymi niedociągnięciami. No i tutaj mam kilka zarzutów. 2 niewielkie: - brak czajnika pomimo informacji, że jest - internet jest, ale z tych 410 Mb/s deklarowanych zostało 10%. 2 mocniejsze : - materac na łóżku podwójnym to jakiś nieśmieszny żart. Nie wiem czy ktoś sprawdza jego stan. Chyba osoba wagi ciężkiej musiała po nim skakać, bo sprężyny są połamane. W niektórych miejscach materac po prostu zapadał się pod ciężarem nawet 60 kg osoby. - no i druga kwestia wg. mnie niedopuszczalna. Płaci się na booking kwotę bez podatku turystycznego. Informacja o dodatkowej opłacie jest oczywiście widoczna. Do tego momentu wszystko jest ok. Niestety po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji dostajemy informację od właścicielki, że mamy zapłacić podatek za pomocą PayPal. Właścicielka nie przyjmuje gotówki. Jeśli nie korzystamy z PayPal to po kontakcie Pani poda nam konto do przelewu. Przelew idzie od 1-2 dni. No i teraz najlepsze. Jak Pani nie dostanie podatku to nie poda nam danych do lokalu. Jestem kilka dni już po wyjeździe z Mediolanu a nadal mam 🤬 🤬 Czyli zapłaciłem 140 EUR za pobyt ale mogę z niego nie skorzystać bo przelew nie zdąży dojść 🤬🤬 W czasie tych wakacji będąc w Sarajewie płaciłem za lokal po prostu zostawiając pieniądze na stoliku przy wyjściu z lokalu a tutaj taki cyrk. Jak dla mnie - nigdy więcej.

Apartment size was comfortable for a family, All instructions were provided by email in advance and also was written on the black board inside the apartment. Kitchen and its utensils provided were sufficient. Areas of Improvement: 1. Shower Stand had no holder, need to be repaired on priority. 2. The ladder kept behind the refrigerator is not safe to use as it is broken, this needs to be replaced.

The apartment was clean, and both the toilet and shower were also well-maintained. The kitchen was convenient and fully equipped with dishes and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is another highlight; although it is 9 metro stations away from the city center, the metro station is just a 4-5 minute walk away, which makes it very accessible. Additionally, there is a large supermarket very near and a pizzeria right in the courtyard, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities
