• Atti (10/5): - For those who have not and those who have, Luxury House is a must on your travel through Milano, Italy. Conveniently located close to the Metro, to Naturasi Market, and a Floral Shop, beautifully styled Luxury House with its red and gold and green colour scheme, complimenting carpets, comfortable furnishings and lovely bedrooms complete with armories, and stylish designed bathrooms, is our home away from home when in Milano. Thank you Alex and Malvina for sharing this treasure with us, a place we shall miss until our next visit. - Atti

• Patrica (10/5): Exceptional - We so loved this place! The interior was carefully chosen with care with elegant drapes, area carpets, antiques, and chandeliers. Bedrooms were so comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was so very functional and easy to prepare a lovely dining experience. The bathrooms were so tastefully designed with a rain shower and a glass sink. And laundry was such an easy chore to accomplish. Location. It was excellent with parking readily available and the Metro right around the corner. Markets were easily accessible. And a walk around the park brought you upon cobblestone streets filled with delightful dinning and wine bars. Alessandro and Malvina thank you so much, you and your very sweet housekeeper made everything so wonderful - we will see you again !

A beautiful apartment with everything one could wish for, w - Beautiful interiors, incredibly comfortable, perfect location, and every amenity one would need was available! Our hosts were lovely and were so helpful throughout our entire stay. We ran into a bit of trouble with a parking situation but were not even the least concerned about it once speaking with Alessandro, who assured us everything would be just fine. Just a perfect stay all around, absolutely nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect!

• Antonella (10/5): Great location, cozy, clean and comfortable apartment; a true home away from home. - From the moment we arrived we were met with hospitality and kindness. We were assisted with our luggage and given tips and suggestions for our stay. We felt comfortable and like we were in our own home. It was an amazing stay, great location, easy to get to the places we were going. If we ever go back to Milan, we will choose this place again! Our only regret is that our stay was not for longer! Nothing to not like.

We were warmly welcomed by Alessandro and his wife, who were understanding of our late arrival and very friendly. The decor of the house reflects exquisite taste, and the area is very quiet. One of the best places to spend a weekend with family in Milan.

• Wertenteil (10/5): Best accommodation in Milan - We loved everything about this property! The accommodations were absolutely regal, tasteful and very comfortable. The building was quiet and secure. The air conditioning was excellent. The host was above and beyond hospitable, gracious, helpful and caring. He not only answered any questions we had about the property but about taxis and shopping in the area. He also checked on us to make sure all was in order all the time. There was nothing negative to share. I’d return to this same accommodation in a second.
• Alexander (10/5): The flat I'd like to have (though not in Milan) - Really luxury place with beautiful furniture and almost everything you would need in the home (including bottled water in the fridge and coffee capsules). It's ideally clean, like just renovated. It's like on pictures (if not better) The flat is located not far from bus and tram stops. Also we got to the center of the city by foot within an hour (maybe 40 minutes) Penny supermarket and several places to eat outside are also not far from the building. The host was friendly and helpful. He did not disturb us after we arrived, but when we needed some help he came within maybe half an hour. Rather minor things - the only missing things I'd prefer to have were water filter (we did not like taste of water from tap) and toaster - we sometimes heard neighbors above (e.g. the sound of women's heels on the floor), sound insulation is not ideal - there are 2 roads not far from the flat, the noise of sirens and motorcycles was disturbing at night even with closed windows, though not sure if there is a place in Milan where you will not hear that - the flat is too beautiful so you may decide to stay home in place of walking through the city

It is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, well air conditioned and conveniently located. The area is quiet and peaceful and so it was a pleasure to return to this apartment every evening after a long day of touring. Most importantly, our hostess was super hospitable and very helpful. She immediately answered any questions I had about the apartment and beyond, like taxis and shopping. Her gracious hospitality was written all over her elegant apartment, as it was generously outfitted with everything a guest might need. We absolutely loved staying here and were sad to leave!

• Lobna (10/5): Absolutely phenomenal Stay!! - Let me start by a heartfelt thank you to our host. He was the kindest sweetest host I have ever dealt with, waited for us with a smile even tho we were late and arrived after check in time as our flight was delayed, helped with carrying our luggage and showed us where to park. The house is sparkling clean, has everything you can think of (I mean everything!!) brand new (appliances and fittings), extremely comfortable beds..all the rooms have electric curtains so noise or light from outside. Air conditioned house and it has wooden floor, a Perfect mix of modern and classic Italian decor. Did I mention that the place smells like heaven? Thanks to the host putting those scented diffusers. We had a car and there was a parking 100 of meters away, I believe there is metro in front of the property but we did not use it. Hats off to the host for offering us this outstanding experience. Highly highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan❤️ Absolutely nothing!!
