• Nick (9/5): Best location! - Brilliant location. One street back from the lake. Very quiet. Our host was amazing. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend. There are stairs to negotiate but the host ensures this is minimal and has luggage taken up and down. Breakfast was lovely.

Colazione buona e arrivata bella calda servita direttamente in stanza L'asciugamano non asciugava molto. Inoltre l'ingresso non é così ben segnalato. Ma per il resto tutto bene.

La persona que ho gestiona molt amable. - A l'habitació li caldria una bona capa de pintura perquè quan entres sembla bruta i l'armari sense portes no ajuda a tenir una millor impresió. - Al llit se li noten bastant les molles. Seria bo renovar el matalàs. - L'esmorzar és justet. - Aquestes aspectes són en relació al preu que es paga per l'habitació, que en nostre cas va ser de 18€ (530.000 VND) Si fos una habitació de 8€ no seria destacable però pel preu que té pensem que són aspectes a millorar.

Nous avons reservé ce logement 2 soirs différents, le premier soir elle a attendu jusqu’à 3h du matin que notre bus arrive a hanoi pour qu’on puisse faire le check-in. Sinon la chambre est propre, la douche très agréable et l’appartement est situé a 2 min du lac Hoan Kiem. Rien a dire

• alessandra (10/5): - La camera è situata al terzo piano di un palazzo e si entra da un centro massaggi. La proprietaria manda una foto per far capire dove si deve entrare. È sempre disponibile e gentile. La camera ha tutto il necessario ed è pulita, così come il bagno, che ha anche il vetro per la doccia. La camera è in pieno centro, ma è molto silenziosa. C'è un frigo che funziona molto bene, un grande armadio per le valigie, una scrivania dove si fa colazione la mattina e il condizionatore. In bagno c'è tutto il necessario. Nei dintorni è pieno di ristoranti, supermercati, banche, lavanderie, agenzie viaggi e tanti centri massaggi. La proprietaria è stata veramente gentile oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. La mattina ci fa scegliere la colazione tra vietnamita, panino con uovo, frutta secca, cornetti, formaggio, frutta. Si può scegliere una delle 4 opzioni. Abbiamo provato sia il cornetto che la baguette con l'uovo e anche gli anacardi. Tutto molto buono. Viene portata anche la frutta e te e caffè. La camera è basica, non è lussuosa, ma la disponibilità della proprietaria ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, merita un bel 10.

• Zulema (10/5): Convenient place in Hanói - La ubicación y la persona que nos atendió fue de 10. Es un alojamiento muy práctico para alojarse en el centro de Hanoi. Además te llevan el desayuno a la habitación y se preocupan en todo momento por tener una estancia agradable. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor y si te toca un piso alto, no es muy cómodo subir con equipaje.

The room was simple and modest, located on the fifth floor (which might not be ideal for those with mobility issues), but it was *extremely clean* and, despite the busy area, *surprisingly quiet*. • Rory (10/5): A lovely little apartment in a great location - Very convenient location, close to attractions but also on a quieter side street. The host was lovely and asked what time we would like the free breakfast and coffee to be brought to our room the next morning, which was really nice! The bathroom is small but nice, the AC was much appreciated and a 5L bottle of drinking water was a nice touch, especially as we could put it in the mini fridge to keep cool. We got very hot and sweaty walking up the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment with our backpacks. But the AC and a cold shower cooled us down afterwards

She even checked on the bus from the airport. You have every thing you need, even bottled water. Lots of room for your luggage and a desk to eat your breakfast. The bed is firmer than I am used to, like many in Asia.

• Lurdes (10/5): Best accommodation in Hanoi - I absolutely love everything ❤️ The lady who runs the accommodation went beyond and above and made our stay very special. It really felt like being at home. For starters, when we arrived, she offered us cold drinks to cool down from the heat, and then she took the time to explain how everything worked in the room. She also gave us her personal phone number to communicate via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. Two days later, the typhoon Yagi hit Hanoi, and we couldn't go outside. She prepared lovely banh bao (vietnamese steamed dumplings) for breakfast with coffee, and she cooked pho (vietnamese noodles soup) for dinner as well. Not only was the food delicious, but it was also very comforting. We really appreciated that gesture. She also did our laundry and allowed us to extend our checkout time, with no extra charge for any of the things. She definitely is the perfect host. Every day, she checked on us to make sure we were fine and in case we needed anything. The room itself is perfect. There is a big bed and a big wardrobe, a desk in case you need to work, a kettle and teas. There is AC and a fan, too. The room has a private bathroom as well, and the shower is great. She also provided with handsoup, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as some body creams. The accommodation is in the best location possible at 5 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old quarter. There you have plenty of restaurants to eat food. Just at the doorstep, you have Em cafe & restaurant, the note cafe, the hidden Alley cafe, honestly all amazing. And there are also convenient shops around too. The accommodation is 15 minutes to the train station too, and around plenty of bus stops. Love everything ❤️

The lady who welcomed us was more than excellent. She’s caring and helpful. She even offered late checkout which meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this accommodation. Not thing.

At my last day I needed to submit my thesis and she was really flexible with the check out time. I could stay the whole day because she expected no other guests. Also, it was raining and she knocked my door with breakfast. This is one of the sweetest persons I have met lately! Furthermore, the room was clean, the bed was great and the location was perfect. Owner was so helpful lady she carried all my luggage to the 5th floor and showed me electric kettle, usage of shower.. also free water is provided. They also helped reserve a taxi on the last day:) Location is central as I said but street must be difficult for taxi drivers to find or access, on the last day my taxi to airport was late 45 minutes because couldn’t access the street..it isn’t the hotel fault clearly, but just a note for future guests
