- G.Pawlowska (8/5): Jestesmy trochę zawiedzeni. - Lokalizacja blisko metra, osobna toaleta i lazienka, przestrzeń, wygodne łóżka, przestronne szafy Lokalizacja- praktycznie bezpośrednio przy skrzyżowaniu o duzym natężeniu ruchu, także tego związanego z pobliskim szpitalem. Nie spaliśmy dobrze. Kuchnia- niedziałający; tzw. ekspres do kawy, brak kawiarki, chociaż minimalnego zapasu kawy- w Rzymie????, Niewystarczające zasoby ręcznikow kuchennych, papieru toaletowego, workow nq śmieci itd. Powitanie butelką wody w lodówce- o mamma mia che vergonia... Brak wymiany ręczników na czyste. Dostęp do budynku i mieszkania za pośrednictwem aplikacji powodował raczej dyskomfort i napięcie- nam takie rozwiązanie po prostu nie wydaje się szczególnie trafione
- Philip (5/5): - Proximity to the centre of Rome + coffee machine. The 3 bedroom apartment is extremely noisy. The third bedroom is adjacent to another rental property. The walls are like paper and you can hear everything that is happening in the other apartment. Really not acceptable. Until the problem is sorted this should only be marketed as a 2 bedroom apartment. Also noise from the roads make sleeping at night difficult. We have returned home exhausted!! Kitchen is also not equipped for 5 people+ not enough chairs. No corkscrew, bottle opener, chopping board. Evidently no check done before we arrived in the apartment.

- Gunnar (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft zur Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten ist okay. Ca 5 Gehminuten von der Metrostation Policlinico und 2 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt. Wobei die Busse in Rom gefühlt fahren wie sie lustig sind. Die Kommunikation per Mail mit dem Vermieter verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Die Unterkunft selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Wir, vier Erwachsene haben in der Unterkunft nur gefrühstückt und dafür war es Küchenausrüstungstechnisch ebenfalls okay. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer bei Tag und Nacht sehr stark befahrenden Hauptstraße, was natürlich nicht die Schuld der Unterkunft ist aber eine ruhige Nachtruhe bei geöffneten Fenster unmöglich! macht und bei geschlossenen Fenstern leidlich erträglich. Am schlimmsten sind die Krankenwagen mit ihrem eingeschaltetem Blaulicht und die Motorräder wenn sie nach der Rotphase voll durchstarten. Des Weiteren gehe ich davon aus, das die Metroline direkt unter der Unterkunft verläuft was das Haus regelmäßig erzittern lässt wie bei einem kleinem Erdbeben. Dies nur zur allgemeinen Info. Der Höhepunkt kommt allerdings jetzt. Die Unterkunft wurde sicherlich um mehr Wohnraum zu schaffen abgeteilt was der Einteilung nicht schadet. Allerdings hat man lediglich eine Rigipswand gezogen und zwar ohne jegliche Schallisolierung!!! Wir - vier Freunde im gesetzten Alter, die 1000 Kilometer voneinander entfernt wohnen treffen uns deshalb nicht nur zum sightseeing sondern auch zum ausgiebigen Klönen. Dies ist in der Unterkunft ab 22.00 Uhr definitiv nicht ohne Ruhestörung möglich. Eine absolute Katastrophe für uns und unsere Nachbarn. Man hört wirklich und damit meine ich wirklich!!! jedes einzelne Wort als wäre garkeine Abtrennung vorhanden. Wenn alle um 22.00 Uhr schlafen gehen okay. Wenn es aber Gäste wie uns gibt, die auch noch nach 22.00 Uhr bei einem gepflegten Glas Wino kommunizieren wollen - Katastrophe.

Ekspres na kawę w kapsułkach - idealne rozwiązanie. Małym utrudnieniem były jeżdżące w nocy karetki. Na tak krótki czas nie było to mocno uciążliwe.

Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura si è dimostrato molto disponibile concedendomi di pagare la tassa di soggiorno in loco. Non so perché ma quando passano mezzi più grandi come ambulanze, camion o furgoni trema tutto… questo rappresenta un grandissimo limite soprattutto la notte per prendere sonno.

De zitmeubels waren te beperkt en niet van goede kwaliteit. Het appartement lag op de begane grond langs een drukke weg. Beperkt serviesgoed: kurkentrekker was niet aanwezig, wc-papier was net voldoende.

A côté d'une intersection à plusieurs voies, on a le bruit de la circulation toute la journée... même si l'isolation des fenêtres est bonne, avis aux personnes sensibles. Autre petit bémol : accès via un code envoyé sur smartphone. Peu pratique selon son réseau internet.

- Rey (10/5): Well recommended accommodation in Rome - Was so happy with this place and it is very accessible to Policlinico station which is not crowded as Termini. The unit is well maintained and clean. We were assigned with Domus Dianne and the 2 bedrooms is just nice for the 4 of us. They have balcony in the unit and also at the top level but given that it was raining and winter when we came in I did not have the chance to enjoy the place. This place is well recommended and we had the chance celebrating Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in this unit. If I have a chance visiting Rome I would not hesitate booking Venere again. Maybe I will book the unit with 2 baths. We were assigned with 1 bath / toilet and 1 toilet only which is a struggle when we prepare in the morning. But it’s just a matter of time management and considers this a minor issue.

- Jeffrey (10/5): Perfect! - Amazing for our first stay in Rome! Apartment had everything we needed. Each room had its own beautiful view and the 1.5 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5! We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location was perfect, right near bus stops and close to everything and the elevator was great for all of our luggage. The patio is also beautiful and a great space to have in addition. We will definitely stay again!

So really good for exploring everything Rome has to offer. Apartment is spacious ant there is a fantastic roof terrace, but is not totally obvious it was available for all apartments to use, but it is. Asked for extra pillows and they were promptly delivered. Communications with hosts was good and entrance to the building was electronic controlled from a phone and was relatively easy, although you need to turn the door nob about six times to open. There is a nice Pizza take away close by. Apartment could have done with 4 mugs for the Tea drinkers. Also a Toaster would not go amiss.

- FabyD1814 (9/5): - Appartamenti moderni, ben arredati, ariosi e vivibilissimi. Il quartiere é bellissimo, comodo arrivare ai mezzi per raggiungere le attrazioni della città. Bar per colazione e drink after dinner a pochi passi, come pure un supermercato. Si può anche raggiungere facilmente il parco di villa Torlonia, che le nostre due cagnoline hanno apprezzato tantissimo. La struttura é per friendly, i prorpietari sono giovani e molto flessibili, ci hanno assistito in tutto.

- Joachim (10/5): Rundrum gut. Zentral gelegen, Personal sehr behilflich. - Außerhalb des Apparatements war es sehr laut, jedoch bei geschlossenen Fenstern war nichts zu hören. Das Gebäude ist sichtlich alt und es wurde innen stilvoll erneuert. Manche Dinge könnten besser gemacht sein, aber gerade das Unvollkommene macht den flair. Die Betten sind super und das Personal schnell wenn es gebraucht wird. Verkehrsanbindung ist Top. Die Kaffeemaschine. Die Toilettenspülung benötigt Streicheleinheiten, Das Waschbecken im Bad könnte stabiler montiert sein.

También tanto el metro como el supermercado estaban a una distancia caminable. Me cuesta pensar en algo que no me haya gustado. Un horno convencional quizás haria falta, pero no fue indispensable.

The apartment is one of it not the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The host is fantastic and extremely prompt and helpful The only two small things to consider are location to restuarants especially if you come in late on a Sunday and the adjoining apartment folks area bit loud through the walls albeit one must expect this in Europe

La posizione eccezionale per andare al Policlinico Umberto I e per prendere la metro. Gli host sono molto gentili. L’aria condizionata non si riusciva ad impostare a più di 25 gradi per il riscaldamento ma forse non riuscivamo noi ad impostarla. Inoltre mancavano le tende alle finestre.

Emplacement à distance du centre historique. Réseau eau chaude défectueux avec finalement absence totale d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Le personnel du service ménage irrespectueux, malpoli. Ménage superficiel, murs sales, fauteuils en tissu sales, plintes sales. Fuite eau sur un WC. Déshumanisation sur cette location/ gestion militaire. Prestations proches de la médiocrité pendant notre séjour, avec la mauvaise gestion de l'absence d'eau chaude et l'intervention du personnel de ménage .

- Pierangelo (10/5): - Appartement très spacieux. Équipement complet avec machine à café, thé, chauffe eau. Matelas très confortable. 2 WC. Arrivée facile car une personne nous attendait à notre arrivée. Petit bémol pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, l'immeuble se trouve à un carrefour très fréquenté et malgré les très bonnes fenêtres isolantes, cela pourrait déranger.
- Olga (8/5): - Location is convenient, 5 mints walk from Metro/ Subway . The host Jacobo was very kind and helpful, suggested us an amazing restaurant and a snack bar near by. The apartment is quite big with 2 bedrooms and two washrooms.We enjoyed it! The hairdryer did not work properly

- aniaams (10/5): Girls weekend w Rzymie - Piękna kamienica, duży taras, kawa, dużo miejsca, czysto. W bliskiej odległości do stacji metra. Od Termini spacerem 10 minut. Na przeciwko kafejka ze śniadaniem i kawą czynna od 6:30. Drzwi otwierane ze smartfona. Miły gospodarz.

- Daniel (10/5): Wygoda korzystania z apartamentu w bardzo przystępnej cenie. - Świetna, bezproblemowa obsługa. Chłopaki byli uczynni i gotowi na pomoc w każdej chwili. Jak potrzebowaliśmy tarki do sera, to była po 5 minutach. Bardzo elastyczni gospodarze. Fajnie rozwiązane tematy pralni (w tym upale było to bardzo pomocne). Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja.

- Ulla (8/5): Et udmærket ophold som prismæssigt lå meget rimeligt i betragtning af at man bor lige nord for centrum, men rengøringen - Forholdsvist centralt i Rom, mange turistattraktioner kan opleves inden for få kilometer. God størrelse lejlighed med gode senge, 2 badeværelser med lækre håndklæder, fin altan samt en fælles altan på 4.sal! Rimelig pris, godt WiFi. Skimmelsvamp/mugplet i loftet i gangen samt i det ene soveværelse bag badeværelsesdøren…. I det hele taget levede rengøringen efter min mening ikke op til den sædvanlige standard … om der mangler lidt køkkenredskaber, en brødrister eller om der ikke er tallerkener nok, ja, det er selvfølgelig træls, men at der ikke er ordentligt rent, dét synes jeg ikke er ok. Trappen var meget beskidt… og tidligere gæsters hår i afløbet på badeværelset.. Vandtrykket på det ene badeværelse var ikke noget at skrive hjem om. En skam at nogen åbenbart havde glemt at vande planterne på fælles-altanen. De var allesammen gået ud! Vi nød trods alt vores ophold hos Venere Apartments og håber at de i fremtiden vil bruge lidt mere tid på rengøringen 😃
- Regina (10/5): Genial - El duplex es super chulo y todo en perfectas condiciones,la terraza en la azotea genial ,fueron super amables y en cuanto el apartamento estuvo listo pudimos entrar antes de tiempo ,el día que nos íbamos pudimos dejar las maletas en la lavandería Recibimiento con agua fría en la nevera ,tostadas ,café ,aceite etc que nos vino genial Está alej ado del centro histórico,pero tiene parada de bus cerca ,de metro al lado y la estación de termini andando diez minutos ,dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las estancias ( que en agosto se agradece) , supermercado a tres minutos,pizzería enfrente Recomiendo sin duda este alojamiento,nos encantó ☺️ Entrada autónoma a través del móvil que abres todas las puertas ( portal y apartamento) Nada

- KIT TONG LUISA (10/5): 整體來說，地點安全，屋主非常殷勤接待，有什麼問題都可以聯絡到，在住宿期間還可以洗衣服，最滿意的是12點已經可以check-in，而且屋內有升降機，對於攜帶大行李的人是非常方便的。這幾天入住期間很像回家的感覺。 - 入住前已經登記好所有資料，入住非常簡單，而且住所內有升降機，對於攜帶大行李沒有什麼問題。大門用電子門鎖，操作簡單。而且附近還有超市，交通也很方便。想不到屋內有兩個洗手間，而且地庫內有洗衣房，還提供洗衣珠給我們清潔衣服。整體來說設施都很好，整個房間都非常整潔。而且check-in前還聯絡到負責人，可以中午前check-in，在住宿期間還提供WhatsApp聯絡，在入住期間有什麼問題都可以通過這渠道詢問他，有問必答！五天的旅程都非常順利。 暫時來說，沒有什麼不滿意
