• Val (9/5): - Near the walking street. Quiet and safe area and accessible to all shops and restaurants. My third time booking them and its still the same: clean and nice. Just the left over pineapple inside the toilet. It should have been a good natural air freshener however it got musty and smelly. Overall it’s all good.

• Jovan (1/5): Avoid this place (so called hotel) as much as you can. - This is very small improvised hotel in very narrow street. Old, unpleasant stuff, looking very dirty They have rebooked my room to another guest and when arrived they informed me that I do not have my room anymore. I am VIP Customer of Booking for more than 20 years and this was never happened to me. I made lots of taxi service costs and I had problem finding another hotel. Very unprofessional and I do not think that that is the way how the hotel guests should be treated. Avoid this place (so called hotel) as much as you can.

• Phil (8/5): Anyone looking to enjoy the city could do far worse than staying in this location - Easy location to explore the city from Entering through a tattoo parlour, but I respect the fact that the owner needs to make a living and space is expensive in Saigon

• Brendan (8/5): I would stay here again - Excellent location, close to heaps of cafes, cute alleyways filled with small businesses competing for your custom. The premises were well-maintained, clean, and close to all the nightlife. I stayed in a room without a window, which was private and quiet considering the street activity.
• Leszek (10/5): Dobre miejsce do rozpoczęcia przygody w Sajgonie - blisko Bui Vien i metra - Bui Vien to Bui Vien - można lubić lub nie. Do słynnego Bui Vien około 100 metrów. Muzyka nie przeszkadzała w spaniu - masa kafejek w okolicy, imprezownia, masaże, targowisko. Super lokalizacja w Sajgonie. Czułem się nieswojo, kiedy idąc do windy w hotelu przechodziłem przez studio tatuażu. Być może dla niektórych to norma ;)

W recepcji można zrobić masaż, tatuaż, zorganizować wycieczkę i wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Jechałem z Ho Chi Minch do Ben Tre i za niewielkie pieniądze zorganizowano mi transport, łącznie z transferami - wszystko pięknie napisane i wyjaśnione. To nie jest mega luksusowy hotel, ale na pewno wart swojej ceny. Oczywiście słychać muzykę z pobliskiej imprezowni na Bui Vien, ale to chyba normalne. Słychać ją w zasadzie w tle nie przeszkadzało mi to zasnąć.

The hotel is ideally situated at the start of Bui Vien Walking Street and 10mins walk from Ben Thanh market. Nearby there are lots of places to eat for all budgets. The staff at the hotel were all pleasant and friendly. It also has a lift. We enjoyed our stay here in this budget friendly hotel and would stay again Sometimes there is no hot water but this is not a problem

One window didn’t fully close which meant as well as the ants, the room was also susceptible to more noise than was necessary.

If your friends need to pour you home then you’re home. A small box with a bed and a bathroom, no ‘cat swinging’ space but adequate. Grab a tattoo downstairs, enjoy the hawkers and ladies of the night if that’s your thing. Circle K across the road Room was smaller than advertised, more 3.5x4m than 4x5m but for AUD$27 a night I’m not upset

• Anzeigen00 (10/5): Perfect stay in Ho Chi Minh City - Absolutely loved this place. Great location in Ho Chi Minh Center next to supermarket and the famous Bui Vien,Food and Pub Walking Street. The spacious room was clean and quiet with no noise pollution from the street or Bui Vien. Bed was very comfortable. AC was quiet. Hotel offers very good travel tours and even money exchange. Booked an amazing day trip. Also enjoyed dinner in the hotel Sushi restaurant. Delicious. Staff and reception are amazingly helpful and friendly. Reception booked my Grab car back to the airport. Will definetly book again. Good value for competetive price.

You can't really book anything through the hostel and the room gets ants pretty easily. Once we complained about this, it was swiftly fixed tho. Although the location is amazing, it can be a bit loud at night.

• Ankhoa (1/5): A GANGSTER-LIKE HOTEL WHO REFUSED TO GIVE A RECEIPT. - I had to ask the front desk to have my room clean. Otherwise, nobody do it. The remote manager and even the owner of this Hotel showing up at the Hotel today with a gangster to.force me to leave the Hotel without giving me the business receipt as requested with Booking.com. They were not at the property when I was checking in (Jan 19 to 21). There was only a matured day-time manager who agreed to keep and safely store my luggages as she has often done to other Westerners. But she took $925,000 VNĐ from me without giving a receipt. Yet the owner deceitfully lied and told me and her front desk staff to film her when she lied that she did gave me the receipt!! I told her that the Hotel did not have a Printer how could she do that? She lied again that she wrote it by hand! Yet I have never seen her face until today! I thought the daytime matured female manager who agreed for me to store my luggage with the hotel, was the owner so I did refer to her as such. But the remote manager went back against this common practice by all Hotels in Việt Nam. She told me I'll have to have a room to store the luggage and went to Booking.com to block my ability to book this Hotel for one more night! At the time of my check out, 11:50am today, I asked for a business receipt, and the young front desk woman told me I'll have to come back and request it from the next shift staff because she didn't know how to do it. Then I was told by her that the property has no printer when I came back for the receipt an hour later. I yielded and asked the Hotel staff and owner to email me a soft copy of the receipt as an attachment. They still refused to do it! They even me told me that I have to request such a business receipt from Booking.com. I rejected such unheard and ridiculous answer and this is when the owner had a gangster escorted me out of the Property. All I wanted is a business receipt for Tax and Accounting purposes and this is my rights. I did pay them 925,000 VND. I have to report this incredibly horrible experience to you and authority!
