- Heather (5/5): Excellent location but flat needing some attention - This flat was well located for our visit as my son stays in the same block of flats. Near the DLR and tube line with easy access to the centre of London. The flat had all the facilities required for our break. The flat is needing some attention to bring it up to expected standards in particular the bathroom which requires to be freshened up and painted. The furniture in the bedroom is wobbly which would easily be addressed by tightening some screws. The blinds are all broken.

- Michel (1/5): Issues over issues.. - - Nice view out of the appartment. Two balconies. Nicely equipped. - Free workout (Lift is broken. Appartment on the 6th floor) - Water leaks through the floor tiles in half of the appartment causing wet feet (Bathroom and entrance area). Floor is constantly wet. -> Management offered 15% of the total amount as a compensation. I kindly asked to revise the offer but they went down to 10% instead, without addressing any of my concerns or reacting to the issues I mentioned. Very disappointing. - No repair has been done during my stay even though issue was addressed in the very beginning - Mold in appartment - Lift is broken. Appartment is on the 6th floor. - Check in process is weird. Key needs to be picked up at a place which is more than 1km away from the appartment.
