• Maia (10/5): 👍👍👍 - The location was amazing, and the apartment itself is super clean and spacious. Fresh sheets and towels were provided, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could need. The bed was really comfortable, and Dimi is a fantastic host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, this place offers incredible value for the money. You won’t find such a nice stay for this price anywhere else in Zurich!

• Christopher (5/5): Average! - The space was good and the hosts were very respectful and quick to respond. Good location! The apartment was basic and uncosy. If you stay longer than a few days then they do not supply you with basic needs that you would not travel with. As well, I had a curtain falling off its rail and it took a week and daily emails to finally get it resolved. The communication was always respectful and they did apologise.

• Nikos (4/5): Απογοητευτική εξυπηρέτηση. - Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η εγγύτητα του καταλύματος στην Όπερα της Ζυρίχης, που ήταν και από τα βασικά κριτήρια επιλογής του. Απασχολήθηκα πολύ και δαπάνησα χρόνο και διάθεση επί τουλάχιστον 3 ημέρες πριν την μετάβαση μου στο κατάλυμα, για να λυθεί το θέμα της παράδοσης των κλειδιών. Όταν έκανα την κράτηση και υπέβαλα αίτημα για παράδοση του καταλύματος στις 5 που θα έφτανα στην Ζυρίχη, μου έστειλαν μήνυμα ότι θα μου γνωστοποιήσουν τον τρόπο παράδοσης του καταλύματος αργότερα. Όταν πλέον είχα ήδη χρεωθεί το ποσό και δεν είχα περιθώριο ακύρωσης, μου έστειλαν μήνυμα ότι τα κλειδιά θα τα παραλάβω από άλλη διεύθυνση από αυτήν του καταλύματος. Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα, επί τρεις ημέρες προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουν ότι δεν τρέχει και τίποτα, να ψάχνω σε μία άγνωστη πόλη, με τις βαλίτσες, μία άλλη διεύθυνση για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών, από αυτή του καταλύματος, στην οποία θα με άφηνε το ΤΑΧΙ που είχα κλείσει. Αφού μου χάλασαν τη διάθεση και έστειλα μήνυμα και στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της booking.com, που συντάχθηκε μαζί μου, αποφάσισαν να με ενημερώσουν ότι τελικά, θα έρθει κάποιος στο κατάλυμα να μού παραδώσει τα κλειδιά. Την μέρα της άφιξής μου και μέσα από το ΤΑΧΙ που με μετέφερε στο κατάλυμα, κάλεσα την οικοδεσπότη, η οποία μού τα άλλαξε και πάλι και μού είπε ότι τα κλειδιά με περιμένουν σε θυρίδα σε άλλη διεύθυνση. Όταν της θύμισα ότι είχαμε συμφωνήσει διαφορετικά και παρά το γεγονός ότι περίμενα έξω από το κατάλυμα στο κρύο και πήρα και 3 ακόμα τηλέφωνα, εμφανίστηκε μία κοπέλα με το κλειδί. Ανοίγοντας, επιτέλους, το κατάλυμα, διαπίστωσα ότι, παρά το συγκεκριμένο αίτημά μου, δεν είχαν ετοιμάσει τον καναπέ για κρεβάτι. Αναγκάστηκα να επικοινωνήσω εκ νέου μαζί τους, όπου μού είπαν ότι το ξέχασαν και εν τέλει συνεννοηθήκαμε να στείλουν κάποιον να τον ετοιμάσει την επόμενη μέρα, με αποτέλεσμα να δυσκολευτούμε πολύ στο θέμα ύπνου το πρώτο βράδυ. Εν κατακλείδι, εάν γνώριζα όλη αυτή την ταλαιπωρία, δεν υπήρχε ποτέ περίπτωση να κάνω κράτηση στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, η όλη δε εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική.
• abdul satar (10/5): A wonderful and memorable holiday stay at Zurich. - Easy check-in process and host is super responsive to our messages. Location is great. Tram stop and groceries store are nearby. A wonderful and comfortable stay for our small family. Will recommend this place to family and friends.
• Nadiia (10/5): Comfortable and convenient apartments - Very cozy apartment, great location. Everything you need is there.We rested here with a 2-year-old child in February, it was quite safe and warm. I recommend. There was a strong smell when entering, but it dissipated within a day. Also, the bed in the hall, if you sleep on it, it creaks a lot and collapses in the middle.
