• Tessina (10/5): Fantastic Stay as Always ❗️ - The Location,the comfort,it was very Spacious,it reminded me of my own home. The one minor thing I don’t like is Security I think more is needed.When I was there one morning I saw a whole bunch of Police /Sheriff.They were questioning some folks ,I didn’t know if was a Robbery or something else .My anxiety was tru the roof .

• Jason (3/5): Summary: If you’re looking for a great location near Disney and appreciate a thoughtful host, this condo might suit you - What We Loved: • Thoughtful Host: One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely effort made by the host to welcome us. They arranged balloons and banners for my son’s birthday, which really made his day special and showed a caring, personal touch. • Fantastic Location: You genuinely can’t beat the proximity to Walt Disney World—it’s incredibly close, making trips to and from the parks fast and easy. • Garage Access: The garage was very convenient, especially when unloading after long park days. What Needs Attention: • Room Change & Road Noise: We were relocated to a different unit due to maintenance, and unfortunately, the new condo faced a very busy main road. The traffic noise was relentless until about 2am, which made sleeping difficult. • Outdated Interiors: While the condo was tidy, the decor and furnishings are definitely dated and in need of updating. • Door Security Issues: The front door didn’t lock properly, and the gap between the door and the frame was quite worrying. This left us feeling uneasy during our stay. • Unruly Guests: On Friday and Saturday nights, the complex becomes extremely noisy. One night, the guests in the unit below were blasting music until nearly 4am, which made rest impossible. • Unsafe Behaviour in the Garage: We witnessed teenagers recklessly driving in the garage, including one accelerating directly at a wall before slamming the brakes—a terrifying moment for anyone with children. • Unpleasant Odours: The corridors and elevators had a strong, unpleasant odour throughout our stay. It felt like the entire complex could use deep cleaning and sanitisation. • Safety Concerns: Unfortunately, we didn’t feel particularly safe in the complex. There appeared to be several unsavoury characters hanging around, which made us uncomfortable at times, especially at night.

• Leticia (3/5): Basically we weren’t satisfied with the property and how things were handled! If I could go back, I would had chosen a b - It had a great location! It was extremely dirty! We saw at least two cockroaches, there were stains all over the place, carpet, couch, the bed frame was covered in dust, and our porch was share with another apartment, they added a door there which we didnt know was safe it was, and the door to the porch didnt have a lock! Additionally the wifi barely worked! On the listings, they added information that wasnt accurate and we asked they simply deny, saying they didnt know what we were talking about and changed the property information after we contacted them!
• Amber (7/5): Good - The pool and hot tub were the best part. There were never more than 15 people in the pool at a time. This property was not over crowded. Our condo was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The noise from the room above us was bad. The pots, pans and dishes have seen better days.
• Patricia (9/5): Superb - It was very spacious and clean. The amenities looked nice and it was a great location. It was decorated very cute. The water in the showers was either extremely cold or extremely hot. There was no comfortable temperature no matter how much we tried to find a happy medium. The clean towels that were in the closet were also all damp like they hadn’t been washed or were put away before they were fully dried in the dryer.
• Ricardo (10/5): Would stay again but the property really should be gated to give a more sense of security - Very nicely equipped. Clean and very spacious. We were very impressed with the manager office. We forgot a little purse and the cleaning lady found it and the office made sure we got it back. Congratulations for all the respect and honesty. The parking. Even though it was very spacious It didn’t give us a sense of safety. It is not a gated property. We saw a lot of broken glasses near the cars parked. Looked like broken from cars. And nobody cleaned it. Besides that , it was very easy to go on and out of the building since apparently didn’t have any control.

• Wilkeem (1/5): Door code didn’t work on arrival and host didn’t know what to do. Said maintenance would be out in the morning and nobod - Heated pool and hot tub area was nice Condo was dirty. Door didn’t work. Window leaked water. No movie theater as advertised. Parking garage crowed and small.

Called property customer service 3 times then they respond and send person who instead of fixing toilet made toilet worse. From Saturday Feb 17-feb 23 our toilet were clocked kid’s hesitate to use toilet. I really need my money back as apartment money they charged was quite high as apartment was very old . Wash room of main bedroom was creepy and very old. Tiles was very old . Bad lighting in entrance area and washrooms . Sofa bed was broken too. Carpet in living room was very dirty. When you enter building , corridor carpet was dirty. When you enter apartment it’s felt like haunted apartments. Furniture in lounge and bed room except kids room are good. Kids room where there was no almost no light. Bunk bed was not comfortable. Never recommended. Found cockroach in kitchen.

• Anonymous (8/5): We slept well and enjoyed the accommodations otherwise. Thank you for hosting us. - Very clean and spacious Hallway spells and rather dark. Door to condo not very secure and was open one night on our return from an outing. Staff was not accommodating when I reported we had no washcloths just bath towels and and towels. We went to Walmart and bought our own.
• Shell (10/5): This condo was great. Great alternative to tiny hotels with resort fees amd parking fees. - The location is great. About 30 to Universal studios and 16 to Hollywood studios. The pool was the perfect temp. Close to walmart and target for groceries. Great communication with renter. The couch was quite small. Wasn't comfortable for multiple adults to sit and watch tv. The kitchen window leaks in the rain.
• Aimee (2/5): Never staying here again! - The condo was a nice size with plenty of room. The mattress’ were very uncomfortable. You could sink in the mattress and feel the springs inside of it! Also we stayed on the 3rd floor and the people above us were very loud at night running around you could hear the kids running all damn night! No sleep during stay! Also the pool and hot was very nasty needed cleaning badly! The windows leak in the kitchen! The master shower door did not have a door handle and would not close properly! Our family definitely will not stay here again! Needs a lot of work not only to the condo but also the whole facility! Also appeared to have people living there in a few of the rooms!
