Proprietarul amabil, comunicarea cu acesta a fost foarte facilă, camera a fost spațioasă, wi-fi-ul foarte bun, espressoul bine aprovizionat iar check in/out-ul au fost făcute foarte ușor. Există mucegai negru atât în cameră, cât și în baie.

• Valentina (9/5): Extrem angenehme Unterkunft. - Es war sehr zentral gelegen aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Umgebung. In der nähe gab es kleine Kaffees für den Morgenkaffee. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist 20 min zu Fuss von allen Sehenswürdigen entfernt was super war. Die Unterkunft hatte moderne Einrichtungen und es war sehr bequem und warm und extrem fair für den Preis. Die Zimmer sind genau wie auf den Bildern. Es war nicht gerade extrem gründlich sauber, es gab Stellen die man besser hätte putzen können (Staub und Haare) aber im grossen ganzen war die Sauberkeit akzeptabel und nicht weiter schlimm. Alles andere war tiptop und keine weiteren Mängel.

• Renee (9/5): Great location, safe and clean neighborhood. - The location was excellent for this part of rome. Easy access to the ancient part of the city, and very safe neighborhood. The shower and facilities were great. The host communicated always in a very timely manner and offered clear instructions for self check in and check out. Host also offered tips on restaurants and things to do. The mattress on the bed was in poor condition/worn out and made it difficult to sleep well. But, the location and other facilities in the apartment were great and make it a worthwhile place to stay. With a better supportive mattress this place would be just about perfect.

• Andreas (8/5): - Boendet låg nära Forum Romanus/Colosseum samt nära till restaurangerna i Trastevere. Vi fick ett bra boende till en rimlig peng. Våra värdar var fantastiska med alla frågor vi hade om Rom, restauranger och så löste de taxin till flygplatsen när vi skulle åka hem. Så nöjda!!!

• Helena (10/5): Exceptional - Giorgia and GianLuca were helpful all the time, and they gave us instructions by what's app and also they were available by phone in any case. But everything went smooth. And when we came we couldn't find blankets ( really late evening and I message them and they fixed everything in less than hour. Really nice attitude and service. And also second they they send cleaner to check again if is everything correct. And last day we suppose to have check out at 11am but our flight was at 9pm and they allow us to stay in apartment until we need it because the didn't have other guest. It was really beautiful and very helpful for us. We highly appreciate it. Location is great, near to city absolutely perfect by walk distance and also to restaurant , to coloseum to everything.. Clean apartment, nice service best choice.Grateful.

For the size of apartment and location it's not worth the price. Plus, there were young kids staying in an adjacent apartment from ours, they we're incredibly loud each evening when they returned to their apartment.

• Marieken (8/5): Very nice appartment in the center - It is a nice charming home with quality furniture in the center of Rome. Parking is close by with your car only keep in mind before 18.30 this is ztl zone like most of Rome. After 18.30 you can drive where you like ztl is not active then. The caretaker was very helpful. Put on the airco that works very well in the bedrooms before our arrival. He even helped us unload the car and carry our lugage up the stairs which was very welcome in 37 degrees. He also helped call for arranging my handicapped permit to drive in the ztl between 6.30 am and 6.30pm. The Italian service arranging that speaks only Italian so this was very helpful. He helped us with every question we had. Also he called the building manager when the drilling in the appartment right above us started at 8.15am. It is not their fault the building is undergoing renovations. When the works on the building will be over I would love to come back here! Nothing they could do anything about but I need a lot of rest so the construction works in the building from 8.15am on were very loud and it was almost impossible to stay in the appartment when the tile-drilling went on in the appartment above us. People who plan on not being home between 8am and 5pm will not be bothered by this noise but I spend a lot of time inside in a heatwave so to me this was a problem. The cleaning was not so thorough. The sheets on my bed had traces of mold on them and there was a sperm-like stain on a blue velvet pillow that was on my bed. Also in the shower on a wall a curled red hair when none of us have red hair. You can easily miss this when cleaning. The bedsheets were replaced the next evening after telling the caretaker. Gianluca is a very helpful and kind man.

• Newstead (9/5): A perfect apartment for a family of 5 to stay and explore Rome. Amazing location!! - The apartment is spacious, clean, very comfortable and amazing location. A perfect place to stay when exploring Rome- so close to the main sights and lots of restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful and arranged everything prior to arrival, check in from 12 meant we could explore in the afternoon.

The host was easy to reach by booking app or WhatsApp and very helpful. The apartment had no real option for ventilation , no windows inside the bathroom or bedroom to get fresh air in. That’s why the room was a bit musty.

Go up the hill and watch beautiful view also you can see colosseum from the hill. Colosseum is very close 10 -15 mins walk, altare della patria 10 mins, trevi fountain about 15-20 mins walk. Apartment has great wifi and coffee machine lavaza coffee capsules 😉👌 shampoo and body wash. Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything easy to find it. Bus stop near Altare della patria ( I wished I knew before coming to Rome) stop here and walk to the apartment only 10 mins. Giorgia lovely lady she met us on video call. Great information and recommendations for the restaurants and places. I would love to come back to Rome soon, beautiful city! Nothing

• Kam (10/5): Perfect During our Stay in Rome! - Location for this property was fantastic, we walked everywhere. It was outside the crazy city center but convenient enough where most things were more or less 20 minutes or so, except the Vatican which is the only time we took a cab. The host was really quick to respond and helpful with everything we needed. All toiletries included a full kitchen and a large shower with hot water. I also loved that there was Netflix to watch at night and one of our favorite meals was at a restaurant 3 minutes away called In Roma 1917, the carbonara and tiramisu were amazing after a long day and we did not want to travel too far. Accessing the property was really easy too, I definitely recommend this property and we plan to come back in the future. No complaints!

You are right behind the forum, and walking distance from all the main highlights without being in the busy centre You can keep your luggage before or after check in/check out. The owners shared a great solution with an external company.
• Aparajita (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable in an excellent location with all amenities to make your stay easy. Everything was walking distance from this place. We were traveling with elderly parents and Giorgia was very kind and let us check out late.
• Daniel (4/5): Disappointing first experience of Rome, Italy. - The kitchen was not well equipped, and the whole place was dark and unwelcoming. There is no living/lounge area, and the place just felt too cramped. Felt like we were in a prison not being able to see out of the windows too. Nothing to see out of the windows, once you open them, except the back sides of the other apartments anyway. We had trouble with the toilet not flushing on the first day, and trouble with power outages a number of times, and the master bed was also not so comfortable. It has roll-together and it made my wife's back hurt. Also, the washing machine door cannot be fully opened up as it hits the bathroom vanity, and the shower door appears to be installed backwards, as it opens inwards instead of outwards, making it incredibly difficult to get in or out. Despite all of this, the hosts were very pleasant, they came to fix the toilet, explained about why the power goes out (apparently you can only use a certain number of appliances before it cuts out, then you need to turn the fuse back on in the garage under the apartment), and they brought items requested for the kitchen.

• Janice (3/5): This disappointing property lacks amenities. - The property itself was nice. They left 3 rolls of toilet paper We spent 16 days in Italy. Of all the properties that we stayed at, this was the only one that did not provide coffee, tea, water and toiletries. The host has 2 properties, but sent a video showing the destination as a different apartment other than the one where we stayed, so we had to contact the host. There were no instructions about how to exit, so after searching for a button to push, we wound up having to contact the host. There is no washing machine as initially advertised. There were no toiletries. There were no snacks, no bottled water, no coffee or tea. There was no blanket, only sheets on the bed. One pillow each. There were no instructions to hook up to WiFi. It was 1/2 mile from the bus stop, up hill and over cobblestone. I didn’t think the location was that great. The description states that the room overlooks the garden. It actually overlooks some potted plants and trash cans. The host told me to leave cash for the City taxes, but never said how much.
