• Karen (9/5): Comfortable apartment in ideal location - The apartment was well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates etc if you wanted tp prepare food. The location was perfect. A tram stop on the door step and train station across the road. A pleasant walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House etc. Darling Harbour a few blocks away. Supermarket across the road and shopping precinct a few blocks away. Using the key card in the lifts was hit a and miss. However this is being rectified.
• Leanne (7/5): All we needed for a good price and great location. Will stay there again. - The accommodation had everything we needed. It was close to everything including supermarkets and public transport and an easy walk to the harbour. The staff were very responsive to all of our queries. The price was so affordable. Would definitely go there again. It was a bit worn. The carpet had a few bare spots. The bathroom needs a bit of a freshen up with the silicone etc but it was overall clean. We did have an issue with some of the pillows but they were replaced for us.

• Louise (3/5): While the apt’s location could not be beat, an overall shabby accommodation greeted me. - Location, location, location: Light rail (outside), Wynyard Station (across George St.), Circular Quay (few blocks away). Good natural light. Comfy bed/pillows. Nice compact balcony. Recent appliances*/shower. *Didn’t use oven/cook top Furnishings* all very tired, needing immediate replacement. *Carpet, curtains, area rug, (probably sofa, too)

I visit with my mom and we bothe love the vibe at the hotel.if we ever visit sydney again will definitely book same place cause its convenient and love the vibe.

• Ahmed23t (10/5): Great place to stay - Excellent location. 5 minutes walking from circular quay and the opera house. The apartment had everything I would need and was clean. Suzanne was really nice and gave me great tips about Sydney. an unpleasant smell would come from the bathroom's plumbing but that only happened once or twice.
• Izziexx (10/5): Great central place to stay in Sydney 🤩 - The process of getting the keys was super easy and the location was super accessible. Apartment itself was lovely and the host very nice and responded to my messages. Would book again :)

• Mel (9/5): Very central, right in the middle of everything, just a little walk from the train station. 100% - owner or person in charge met me outside the hotel and directed me on the messages how to get there from the train. I was impressed at the over and beyond help. I requested for more toilet paper at reception, they told me that I was not in their list and that my keys did not match their keys. They told me it must have been rented privately. Transparency would have been helpful. Also some tea bags were not sealed, they were opened. Some extra toilet paper and extra beverages would have been welcomed, but thanks anyway for the expresso machine and coffee.
