• Yang (9/5): 2-3명이 와서 만족스럽게 묵어 갈 수 있는 숙소 - 이 숙소에서 5박 했는데 부족한 것 없는 좋은 숙소였어요. 가격을 생각하면 정말 좋은 숙소인 것 같습니다. 숙소의 위치도 역에서 가깝고, 걸어서 피렌체를 구경하기에 적합했습니다. 주변에 마트도 여럿 있어요. 숙소도 깨끗했고, 오랜 숙박에 필요한 것이 다 갖춰져 있었어요. (세탁기, 세제, 다리미, 청소기, 건조대 등등..) 숙소 주변에 있는 트라토리아에서 먹었던 식사도 맛있었습니다. 식기구 중에 청결하지 않은 것들이 몇가지 있었는데 큰 불편함은 아니었습니다.
• Lori (7/5): Great location if you don't mind walking! - The location is excellent. We were able to get to and from the train station easily. Walking around Firenze was very easy if you are able to walk well. There is plenty of storage and the washing machine is a bonus.

• Shirel Ararat (8/5): - הבעלים נחמדים ןעוזרים בכל דבר. מרחק של 10 דקות הליכה ממרכז העיר וקרוב לנהר. טוב לשומרי שבת כי אפשר להיכנס בלי אמצעי אלקטרוני. הדירה נקייה . מבחינת אבזור באנו לשלושה ימים והיה ציוד מספיק בשביל יום אחד (סבון טישו וכו')
• Nacho (8/5): Excelente ubicación y alojamiento - Que tiene lavarropa es cómodo, bien ubicado, el check in y check out weekend. Muy buenos insumos ya provistos. Que no tiene heladera con Freezer solo un minibar. Un poco de olor a cloaca cada tanto peor normal del lugar.

• Asena (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the apartment’s good location, but the cleanliness needs improvement. - - The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of everything. - Surprisingly quiet, aside from occasional stomping from the neighbor upstairs at night. - We found a packet of medicine on the washing machine rim and the microwave’s metal rack was greasy with hair stuck to it. - The kitchen was visibly clean, but not the kitchenware. My guess is that the previous guests didn’t wash their dishes/utensils properly. There was no follow-up cleaning or thorough inspection.
• Denise (3/5): Bed bugs - Convenient location. Walking distance to many places - Very old building and when coming in the entrance absolutely stinks and this smell lingers into the apartment living room. - For the first 2 nights the showers ran cold which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. After contacting the host they did rectify the problem. - After the third day I noticed some bug bites on my arm and wondered if it was bed bugs or mosquitoes. The following day I found a bed bug on the bed and was horrified. Thankfully it was my last night there and I slept on the coach and quickly left in the morning. - no proper kettle just one that you have to put on the stove which would takes ages to get boiling water very inconvenient. Overall the stay felt very unsanitary and I didn’t enjoy it

The smell in the stairwell was unfortunate and often found its way into the apartment. Other than that we liked our accommodation.

• Chantel (10/5): Great Value! - First the location couldn't have been better! Very close to the Santa Maria station and easily walkable to the center. The place itself was clean, beds were comfortable, and great size. Check in/out process was very clear and the staff is great.

• Naike_log (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, very close to the city centre, the flat was clean and comfortable. We stayed there 3 nights and every night at 2.30am we were woken up by someone talking very loud, every night at the same time. We didn't understand whether it was someone staying in another flat or in the street but it was very annoying. Also in rhe living room there was a very bad smell, probably coming from the stairs. The person who's managing the flat was very kind and brought us an air freshener which helps a bit but didn't sort the issue out.
• Georgia (5/5): Good location, disappointing overall. - It was great to have a washing machine. It was very easy to access the property to check in. Communication with host was prompt. Location was good with excellent restaurants around. There were no cleaning supplies included- we had to purchase bin liners and extra sponges. There was only one used, dirty sponge at the apartment to clean dishes and barely any washing detergent. The showers water system was set extremely hot, and we both burnt ourselves. Furthermore, the baby cot we rented from the host collapsed in the middle of the night with our child in it. The cement stairs to access the apartment are crumbling in certain points and not very safe.
