• Lisette (8/5): Fin de semana familiar - El alojamiento estaba bien comunicado. Era amplio y cómodo. No obstante era caro para lo que ofrecía. El ascensor para subir es muy muy incómodo. El carro de bebé no cabía. Muchas veces se dejaban la puerta abierta y había que subir andando 5 pisos.

• Mercedes (6/5): Location yes. But I would not go back. - Location! Literally steps from the pantheon. Absolutely great. Lots of little shops and restaurants. Lots to try. Lack of toiletries. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Bathroom door was lacking door handle. The sofa bed was awful, even for sofa bed standards. The bed cover was very dingy. And there was no canopy :(. For the price, not worth it

• Tuna (9/5): Amazing location, the words can not describe it.A comfy house-like stay. - Location. Historical building. Easy access, easy communication. Jacobo is a great host. There is nothing that we did not like. Only the building is old, so the elevator is. If you’re a large group(max capacity:2people) or you can’t take the stairs you might have a problem. I always used the stairs. The flat is on the 5th floor, 29 steps to each floor so 145 in total. I always took them(they are not steep) and never used the elevator.

• MARIA SOL (7/5): - La ubicación Al llegar la sábanas estaban sucias, aunque nos las cambiaron, no nos pareció correcto. Muy difícil de ingresar con el tipo de llave digital que posee, el ascensor es muy estrecho y viajar con un bebé y hospedarse allí no es recomendable. El carrito no entraba en el ascensor y estaba en una planta 4 o 5, no recuerdo

• María (9/5): Estancia excelente - Muy bien ubicado, prácticamente en el Panteón. Todo muy accesible. El dueño fue muy amable, hizo el check in sin problemas, nos lo explicó todo e incluso nos dejó dejar las maletas hasta nuestro vuelo. Cama cómoda y muy bien equipado. Comimos justo abajo del apartamento (osteria Grillo) de diez! Ascensor pequeño. Íbamos con carrito de bebé aunque pudimos meterlo bien. Pondría más sobres de gel.
• Yudisleidy (10/5): - Desde que llegamos el trato de Giaccopo fue excelente, buena disposición en resolver mis dudas, en aconsejarnos donde comer, cabe destacar que la ubicación es excelente, el ascensor era pequeño y aún así cabía mi carrito de inglesina que suele ser bastante grande abierto, la limpieza impecable, si volvemos de seguro nos quedaremos ahí. Viajaba con una bebé de 5 meses y no me fue incómodo para nada. Un 10!!! No hubo nada que no me gustará, solo me hubiera gustado una bañera o algo donde bañar a la bebe, la duchamos con nosotros y fue hasta divertido!

• Christophe (9/5): À recommander !!! - La localisation était incroyable L’appartement très spacieux L’accessibilité tardive pratique Propriétaire très réactif et très agréable Appartement à recommander Odeur égouts (j’ai échangé avec le propriétaire qui s’e est excusé et met tout en œuvre pour régler le problème même si cela a l’air compliqué) Manque un peu d’équipement seulement si vous souhaitez prendre les repas dans l’appartement mais cela n’est vraiment pas très embêtant

• LAURA (8/5): APARTAMENTO CON EXCELENTE UBICACION PARA TURISTEAR POR ROMA. - La ubicación es excelente, está a 1 minuto del Panteón y a muchos puntos de interés turístico. La calle y la zona está completa de restaurantes, heladerías y tiendas de souvenirs. El anfitrión Jacobo, se portó excelente dándonos un servicio de 10, encargándose de reservarnos el transporte y dejándonos salir mas tarde el día de salida sin coste adicional. Recomendamos el apartamento sin lugar a dudas. El mayor inconveniente es el olor a tubería que tiene el baño. Al no tener ventana es bastante profundo pero cerrando la puerta del baño, no se comparte con el resto del apartamento. Recomiendo poner varios ambientadores fuertes para disimularlo :)

Yastıklar ve yatak kötü kokuyordu oturma alanındaki koltuk temiz değildi genel olarak konforlu bi konaklama olmadı

• Muhammad (5/5): With a few improvements, this could be an excellent place to stay given the location and host’s attentiveness. - Pros: • Allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. • The location was fantastic—right in the heart of everything. • The host was quick to respond and accommodating. Cons: • Unfortunately, the room wasn’t actually cleaned or ready until around 4pm, even though our check-in time was listed as 2pm. • There was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom that spread throughout the apartment, which made the stay less comfortable.

• belinda (10/5): Cómodo apartamento al lado del Panteón. - La ubicación, estaba a 1 minuto del panteón. Es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el sofá cama también. La cocina tenía todo lo que hacía falta y ofrecen algunas cosas como gel de ducha , detergente y algunos básicos para cocinar alguna cosa o hacerse unos cafés. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Roma nos alojaremos allí. Me gustó todo. Leí en los comentarios sobre el olor del baño y me pensé mucho si cogerlo por ese motivo porque soy muy delicada con los olores pero era muy poquito y no siempre así que no me molestó, hay que entender que es un edificio antiguo.
• julio (6/5): Bien, por el precio que pagamos. - La ubicación a pasos del Pantheon. El lugar es cómodo porque no es pequeño, pero sin confort. El anfitrión amable y servicial. Un departamento antiguo, refaccionado a medias (las puertas del baño no tenían picaporte y eran viejísimas), un tanto oscuro. Un solo armario. Un ascensor mínimo para dos personas sin valijas, o una sola con equipaje.

• Karin (8/5): We enjoyed our second time at this apartment. - Can’t beat this location in central Rome! The apartment is spacious and clean. All of the kitchen facilities worked well. A grocery is just a couple of blocks away. Being so near the Pantheon there were some crowd sounds into the evening, but by midnight it was super quiet. We especially liked being able to open the large windows and have fresh air. Landlord is very responsive to questions. Note: apt is on 5th floor accessed by a tiny elevator.

• Junheng (6/5): Location is great - Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive. The location is right in the heart of the city. The room had an overwhelming cleaner smell that lingered for two days. The shaky bed, smelly sink and rust-stained bathroom made the stay a bit unpleasant.
• Emma (5/5): Amazing location but not recommended for more than 2 adults. - The location is absolutely amazing!! So close to the Pantheon plus all other sites are within an easy walk. The host was easy to communicate with and was very warm & welcoming. The building owner resides in the building. It is located opposite a government building so there is police outside 24/7 - it is an extremely safe area. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and do not recommend this apartment be used for more than 2 adults. We had 4 adults plus 2 children. The children were both catered for with a cot & fold out bed however the sofa was made up for 2 of the adults and it was extremely uncomfortable.
• Michelle (8/5): Big and beautiful, right in the heart of everything! - The apartment is huge and other than some marks on the walls, it is clean and beautiful! We were amazed by the space and the location. Host even helped carry our luggage up to the 5th floor when the elevator went down (it was fixed almost immediately). This is the best location for access to all tourist spots! Would be lovely to have outdoor space, but the biggest concern was the noise. We slept very little because of how loud the area and building were at night.

• Luke (10/5): Brilliant, really - Location was perfect, really good hosts who met us with the keys and very easy to contact. Location was great but very noisy at night which is expected, being ear plugs. Nothing the host could do but well worth it for the location and how good the apartment was.

• Joebhoy067 (10/5): This was a Father and Son trip for a football game but I would absolutely return with my partner. - The location of the room was excellent. The room was nicely presented. We only only had a short stay but the facilities that the room had to offer would have meant a longer stay would have been very accommodating. Check out was at 11am but the chap who arrived in the morning let us stay a little longer which was very helpful. WIFI connection worked well and could even use the TV to watch some programmes. We stayed during November when it was a bit colder but the room temperature was very comfortable and adjustable if required. We could hear movement in the room above, footsteps etc. The building elevator is very narrow, so if you have larger baggage you may struggle. Instructions on how to use things like the Espresso machine would be handy. I didn't know how to use the machine and in the end didn't bother incase it got damaged.
• Marion (9/5): Absolutely loved it ! - This was a gorgeous location, lovely and clean, quite large and had a great feel to it. The host was lovely. We enjoyed staying here immensely Only small points - there wasn’t a knife to chop things in the kitchen. It isn’t well signposted so it was a bit difficult to find. It is opposite a manned police outpost so that may help the next guest!

The apartment has great potential, an - Location 110%, safety (very good and peaceful neighborhood, despite the central location + there is a police booth with an officer inside 24/7 right by the house), spacious rooms, cleanless, good Wi-Fi internet, TV with Netflix, and more, fast and effective comunication with the owner’s representative. Weak water pressure in the shower, the boiler tends to malfunction, affecting water temperature, the shower door handle was broken, and the shower cabin had a cracked shower hose holder. Overall, with a modest investment, the apartment could be made much cozier.

The host was excellent, and met us at the apartment for an early check-in. He arranged a cab for us to go to the airport. On our last day. He was even kind enough to provide us with bottled, water as it was quite hot
