• Neo (9/5): Very satisfied. Will book again. - Decent hotel, as described. Nice and spacious. The entrance stairway can be challenging for those with large luggage, as there is no sloped path suitable for trolley-style bags. The Website is not detail enough, was abit skeptical to book at 1st. Bathroom privacy needs to work on, even though outside is just a fence. Might scare some people.

• Laura (8/5): - The design was so modern and pretty, the bathroom was so cool. Everything was really clean as well and all staff was very nice. The size of the room was also bigger than typical Tokyo rooms so that made it more comfortable. My only complains would be that sometimes it felt like the A/C wasn't flowing around the room well and the closest train stations were 10 min walk which was difficult after walking all day.

On several occasions, there was heavy drilling noise coming from the rooms on either side starting around 9 AM and persisting until after we left. This was still the case after we complained about the noise to the hotel. The staff apologized but indicated there was nothing to be done about it. There is no sunlight in the rooms - all windows are covered with paneling.

• Jukka (9/5): Cosy boutique hotel in a relaxed neighbourhood - Staff was super friendly and helpful. Property itself was nice and comfy place with some personality, like the small outdoor terrace. Surrounding neighbourhood is quiet while the hotel is still well located. Our bathroom was huge on Tokyo standards, with a luxurious bathtub in the middle and better personal care amenities and toiletries than most five star hotels I've stayed in Japan. It wasn't possible to fully black out the bedroom. There wasn't much of an outside view from our room. There could have been a bit more space in the room to rest open luggage.

• Torsten (10/5): A nice butique hotel, well located in tokyo - This is a nice place and fairly roomy for Tokyo standards and centraly located. The staff was very helpful and we had a great stay here. Everything was good. The only thing we missed was a window that could be opened. The room has airconditioning, but no windows for fresh air.

• Derek (10/5): Comfortable calming stay in a one off hotel. - I have stayed here twice now and met a great gentleman called kumer on reception and he a happy soul who went up and beyond his duties on several occasions to make sure I was happy, to even helping me to my room and checking everything was good and ok to even helping me to sort my domino pizza by communicating with the shop that it was a genuine order. I have had four different rooms here of different caliber and they have been very comfortable and clean with the usual coffee and brown sugar. The hotel is situated in a very exclusive area near the Tokyo tower and park with several convenience stores close by and as usual there are several stations or buses if you feel brave enough to get you into town or a good 20 min walk if you like. 10/10 A microwave on the top terrace with the table and chairs if you wish not to eat in your room.

Shower/Bath area was excessively large compared to the size of the room and there is no privacy as there was a massive see through glass between the living room and shower/bath area. There was only one staff taking care of the entire facility and was too busy to take care of even simple requests.

The location is also perfect and good for getting around The room was beautiful but the bathroom sink had a very strong cat pee smell coming from it.

• MEIYAO (10/5): - 地理位置超级好，前台小哥也很有耐心，入住时候讲了很多注意事项。屋里面竟然准备了音响，太有氛围了。不出意外下次应该会带朋友一起来。另外如果拖鞋是防水的就更好了。
