- martina (4/5): Störende Gerüche in guter, ruhiger Lage. - Lage gut. Zentral. Ruhigere Seitenstraße. Geschäfte fußläufig. Gerüche: Rauch, abgestandene Luft und intensive Duftöle die das Gemisch überdecken sollten, zogen durch Fenster und Türspalt in die Wohnung. Haus sehr hellhörig. Wenn oben Kinder sind und häufig rumspielen, klirrt das Geschirr und scheppert die Tür. Für mich v.a. wg der Gerüche nicht geeignet.
