• Dariusz (10/5): Wygodny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Bezpieczny apartament na parterze w świetnej lokalizacji (do pałacu Schonbrunn poszliśmy pieszo) komfortowy i praktyczny dla 3 osobowej rodziny. Dwie łazienki + prysznic. Jasny, przestronny obiekt z małym tarasem na powietrzu. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty a także dodatki jak książki, gry i parasole. Są nawet plany miasta i foldery z zabytkami. Spokojna okolica, bliskość stacji metra, sklepy i obiekty gastronomiczne w bliskim sąsiedztwie. Bardzo dobra bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Wiednia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu - zostaliśmy nawet zapytani czy nie potrzebujemy drugiego kompletu kluczy. Jeśli jeszcze raz zawitamy do stolicy Austrii z przyjemnością tu wrócimy. Jedynym mankamentem był brak miejsca na kosmetyki w łazience przy sypialni. Jakiś wąski regał/ wózek na kółkach rozwiązałby ten problem całkowicie.

• Maurizio (8/5): Bellissima esperienza. - Appartamento pulito, ubicato in zona servita e tranquilla. Centro città e monumenti raggiungibili facilmente grazie alla metro distante pochissimi minuti. Benché fossero presenti due bagni solo uno era dotato di water.

• Saldıray (10/5): A close location to the train station, clean, practical, well equipped and well heated house. - Practical, clean and tidy place. Heated very well despite bad weather and constant rain. Plenty of hygienic and sanitation accessories. Smart TV lets you watch your favorite streaming platforms. Complimentary chocolate was warmly welcome. The convertable sofa wasn't too comfy to sleep on but nothing serious really.

• Maria (10/5): Best place to stay in Vienna! - The whole apartment is amazing. Everything in it is designed for functionality and comfort. Not even my bed at home is as comfortable, we loved the outside patio, the coffee machine, the shower area. It also felt like it had floor heating, the dining table in the living room is spacious, the chairs are comfortable. I confess I picked this apartment because I could see in the pictures it had a frying pan :) To be honest, it exceeded my expectations. There is everything you can possibly need: hair dryer, cutlery, umbrellas, books to read, shampoo, towels. We felt like home. Location is ideal, a walking distance to the subway station and shops and restaurants. There's an open market close by with fresh produce and also supermarkets. The host is smart, communicative and helpful. I didn't like the fact that I had to leave.
• Canzio (8/5): Tre giorni a Vienna in compagnia. - La posizione della struttura è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana, il letto matrimoniale è comodo , l'appartamento ha tutto ciò che di essenziale serve. La doccia è aperta e l'acqua esce dappertutto, la pulizia è accettabile. Diciamo che nel complesso può andare , struttura modesta .

• Gürcan (8/5): Merkeze Uzak Ancak Konforlu Bir Tesis - Tesis 4 ve 6 numaralı metro istasyonlarına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınında Schönbrunn Sarayına bir kaç durakta ulaşabileceğiniz otobüs hattının ilk durağı bulunuyor. Ayrıca yakınındaki metro istasyonlarını kullanarak bütün tarihi ve turistik yerlere toplu taşıma ile en fazla 30 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yakınında Vapiano ve kahvaltı için gidebileceğiniz fırınlar bulunuyor. Ayrıca sokak yemeklerinin satıldığı büfelere de 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Nevresim ve havlular gayet temizdi. Çamaşır makinesi, ütü ve ütü masası ile çamaşır kurutma askısı mevcuttu. Kapsül kahve makinesi ile kapsülleri mevcuttu. Su ısıtıcı ve çay çeşitleri mevcuttu. Yazın gidecekler için iç terasında masa ve sandalye mevcut. Ücretsiz wifi hizmet sunuyor. Tesis sessiz bir bölgede bulunuyor. Çekyat yatağa çevrildiğinde neredeyse 3 kişilik yatağa dönüşüyor. Televizyon yattığınız yerden seyredebilmeniz için duvar askısı sayesinde yön değiştirebiliyor. Ayrıca yatak odasında da ayrı bir televizyon mevcut. Önceki yorumlarda da bahsedildiği üzere banyo sonrası banyonun olduğu alan su içerisinde kalıyor. Buna bir çözüm bulunması gerekli. Akan sular yatak odasına doğru sızıyor. Yastıklar aşırı ince ama büyük. İkiye katlayarak kullandık ve ikiye katlayarak kullanmamıza rağmen normal yastık boyutuna geldi.
• Ionut (10/5): Very nice apartment: clean and comfortable - We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a perfect indoor temperature. The location is very good, close to the metro and easy to get around. After a bad experience elsewhere, this place was a real relief. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
• Bartosz (7/5): - The location is great, close to Meidling's "high street", metro and railway station. The WiFI worked well. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very warm in the middle of cold winter. The water from the shower spills all over and reaches the living area space and the bedroom. A bathmat or two are sorely needed. Also the walls between this apartment and the apartment just next door are paper-thin and I heard all the TV programmes that the neighbours were watching, and they do watch TV until after midnight.

• Monika (10/5): Fantastyczny pobyt - Bardzo szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Szczegółowa instrukcja dotyczącą obsługi apartamentu. Klucz w skrytce, wygodne łóżka, kawa, herbata, coś słodkiego, miejsca parkingowe na ulicy. Byliśmy tylko jedną noc w podroży do Włoch i sprawdził sie znakomicie.

Ręczniki, mydło, płyn do naczyń, kostki do zmywarki, papier toaletowy, kawa, herbata w ilości wystarczającej dla kilku osób na kilka dni. Wspaniałe że można zostawić bagaż. Łazienka jedna zawiera umywalkę i sedes, druga zawiera umywalkę i prysznic. Bardzo ciepło. Ogrzewanie praktycznie cały czas mieliśmy wyłączone, mimo kilku stopni mrozu. Ocena 15/10 Bardzo dziękujemy za cały pobyt. Danke schon.

• Milica (10/5): Ein perfekter Aufenthalt - Alles war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Smart-TV, da wir problemlos YouTube schauen konnten. Nach der langen Anreise haben wir uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass Kaffeekapseln und Tee zur Verfügung standen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die U-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe und man kommt schnell überall hin. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Nichts, alles war perfekt.

• Eva (10/5): We loved the apartment, it was clean and comfortable in a great location. - Everything. The previous communication with the host, the key delivery, the apartment itself, the location, the beds, the complimentary coffee and tea, etc. -
• Mark (10/5): Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! - Super Lage, nicht weit von dee U-Bahn entfernt. Ruhig, zwischendurch waren nur die Flugzeuge zu hören. Schön ausgestattet und bequem mit Couch und Essbereich. Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet zwei Herdplatten und alles, was man braucht. Sogar Waschmittel, Shampoo, Duschgel waren vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle wären schön. Wie andere schon anmerkten: Bei der Dusche sollte man an die beiden Rolltüren Handtücher legen, weil das Wasser sich sonst weiter verteilen könnte. Aber darauf kann man sich problemlos einstellen.
• Mark (8/5): Close to public transport, market and restaurants. - Very close to a market, grocery store, restaurants and public transport. Host granted us an early check-in which was appreciated. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was great. The apartment is clean and tidy. Others have mentioned the fact that the shower doesn’t have a front door so it does tend to get a bit wet on the bathroom floor. We found that placing additional towels on the floor solved the problem for us, but just be aware and maybe place the towels before starting the shower. A TV is provided in the bedroom for those who don’t mind watching from bed, however we missed watching tv from the sitting room. The apartment bedroom is set close to a neighbouring unit’s courtyard. The bedroom window is frosted for privacy and shutting the window kept the outside conversation to an acceptable level. It wasn’t an issue, but noteworthy. The many positive points for this apartment far outweighed the couple issues outlined here. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend a booking.

I didn’t like that the bathroom doors were glass which makes the entire apartment light up every time someone went to the bathroom. The bathroom doors don’t lock and the shower wet a big part of the floor. We were also missing microwave oven and a toaster and air conditioning.

One of the best apartments we've visited, in a great location with many bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The metro station is 1 minute on foot. Window screens for the insects would level up even more this place.

Getting the key was easy since the host had given us detailed info and instructions.
