• Emma (10/5): Really convenient and easy place to stay if you’re looking to explore Canberra for a few days. - The property has everything we needed for a short stay. They have thought of everything. The location was so convenient to everything, great restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Responsive hosts who were able to sort out my air-con really quickly.

• Tim (5/5): AIRCON did not work properly. Very difficult to locate building and keys for newcomers. - Breakfast was a simple rice bubbles for 1 night even though I stayed for 2 nights. Effectively no breakfast. Directions are overly long, complicated and tiny font. They are designed for people with cars. I did not have a car so half of the instruction only served to add confusion to the process of actually FINDING the place and the keys. Took 30 mins to find the place as no signage just a street number and multiple building with same or similar numbers.

Thoughtful provision of real milk, plenty of toiletries and laundry pods. Strong artificial scent took a day to air out

• Robert (9/5): A pleasant stay in our nation’s capital. - Its location to the city centre and because it was pet friendly which was essential for our selection of the property. The complex and nonsensical allocation of car spaces (not the owner’s fault of course) where it was necessary to provide comprehensive instructions to get to your parking spot. Even if the complex management could put some arrows to indicate when the ramps are would be a great help. They should be kept as a secret.

• TomVN (9/5): Real value for money with full 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in a small unit - Excellent location in the centre of Canberra. Modern, sensible appliances and the right amount of crockery, glasses etc. The showers have strong water pressure, and the hot water supply is never depleted. Once you have the keys, getting in and out is easy. Obtaining the keys and determining where to park proved complicated, even with the written instructions. There were no instructions for checkout, so we had to reverse the check-in process, which took time.

And then the thing that was fixed broke in the middle of the night and woke me and my dog suddenly. That bit wasn’t fun, but everything else was great 👍
• Miyako (2/5): Good location - Comfortable enough. The directions for parking were not straightforward. Finding our designated parking space was a nightmare. Although listed as a dog friendly stay, there is an extra charge of $100 for cleaning. This is not specified in their booking.com listing. When we checked in, we found that the rubbish bins had not been emptied.

Lockboxes were in a separate building and this was very inconvenient. Access was poorly lit and parking, finding parking lot was a nightmare. Not a good start. This episode took 1hr, not a good start. Would not do this again

• Matthew (9/5): Superb - The location of this apartment is superb, right opposite the Canberra Central Mall, a short stroll from the casino and ample dining options just a few kicks of the footy from the front door. The apartment is modern and cosy, the heating made our stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped without being oversized. The host was very polite and helpful, I would book again. Couldn't find the pool or bbq patio, it was cold so not a huge loss.

• Rosemary (10/5): A perfect location for a city break. Central, very clean and convenient - The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location was so convenient for the city centre. It was very well equipped The only thing that could have been improved was to specify on the check-in instructions that the directions for the key pickup are from the entrance on Cooyong Road. We started from the side entrance and were very confused. However, a quick phone call quickly cleared up the problem.

• Jocelyn (9/5): Superb - Great location. You can walk to restaurants and shops and there is a lovely public garden across the road. Getting to the parking place is a challenge and the instructions are important! However, it is great to have the free parking in the city centre. The apartment is comfortable and the extra kitchen items were really appreciated. The living area is small but pleasant. The outside area gives a sense of space. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
• James (2/5): Great everything, SHAME about the strong cigarette smoke smell. - Everything was great. We were very happy with everything except DO NOT accept room 401 if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. On arrival the room had a very strong (but not unpleasant) masking odour. We stayed 5 nights. As the masking Odour wore off (around day 3) the underlying cigarette smoke odour became more evident throughout the whole apartment. Strong enough for the family to recognise it and strong enough to make me very sick. We were not advised that it was a ex smoking room and would not have taken it as I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. I didn't advise the managing team as we were already 4 nights in to a 5 night stay and happy with everything else.

Incredibly quiet for a much needed sleep & Aaron was super responsive. I didn’t need it this time but free parking & easy access are such a plus! I’ll be back! It’s an apartment so no cafe or restaurant but Aaron had milk, tea, coffee & lots of extras!
• Robyn (8/5): Very good - Everything was great even down to the pantry. it was very clean beds comfortable, everything you needed was there would recommend. May have have been bit small for 4 adults if staying for more than a couple days. Finding where to go to get your parking was a bit hard, specially for older people, and getting luggage down steps to lift. Parking needs to be on same level as the lift.

• Christina (9/5): Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment within the city! Highly recommend! - The apartment was well located in the city and close to many places within walking distance. The living area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms are very nice and bathrooms too. It provides all that you need for a multiple night stay and there are no complaints! The price was competitive with others in the area so we were well satisfied with our choice. It is on the 4th floor so noise was not an issue. Nothing really. Communication was good. Need to watch for an sms prior to arrival and if not just call them!

• Alycia (10/5): Just wow - This place was just amazing. Had everything you could expect from a good AirBnb, at Booking.com pricing. I’m actually very impressed with how homely it was, and accommodating for my little family. Quite a small living area but we weren’t there much in the day as there was a lot to do in walking distance. Had a high chair, porta cot and a pretty good coffee machine for the early mornings with the baby. 😅 We travel a fair bit and this place really impressed me. Very happy customer.
