• William (10/5): - Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building

• Kathrin (7/5): Nice, but some things can definitely be improved. - Easy self check-in, easy and quick communication with the hosts. Location is great. View on the river is great. There was a horribly dirty blanket in the room with what it looked like bodily liquids on it, disgusting. Also, there were crumbs in the bed from something that looked like chips. The kitchen doesn't really lend itself to cook anything. You can make a tea, but that's about it.
• Christian (6/5): Good place, but a parking nightmare. - Nice room, clean and comfortable. They said there's parking, but really there is not.. the only one available nearby is ALWAYS full during the day, and it costs a lot, ended up paying close to 50 euros for 2 days, the ones near the river are for residents only.
• Dao (5/5): Passable - The location was great! The room was more than decent. If you're staying more than 1 night i do recommend this place. I dislike the check out time. Which is at 10am and check in time which is at 3pm. I feel like you're not really getting your money's worth with that time frame. When I arrived 30 mins early; I asked if I could check in and I was informed to wait until 3pm. Understandable, but the room wasn't ready until 3:30. There was 5 hours in between someone checking out and checking in. That is ridiculous that the room couldn't be ready at the time that it was supposed to be.

• Haifa (3/5): Poor - Clean. Modern and new furnitures, dont look or feel cheap. Location great, nice view of the Arno River and the Duomo. Nearby bus station that would take u directly to the city centre or train station. 1. Very very cold. No heating available at 6 degrees Celsius, the radiator remains off, the a/c does not support heating function. We have been to multiple hotels around Italy and this is the first time that theres no heating in the room, we are not being silly nor unreasonable. Owner said heating only available when weather below 15degreesC but that was not the case, and owner ignored our request to check on the heating options. 2. Small elevator, if you have big bags consider making the trip using stairs. The elevator doesnt work sometimes even with multiple press of the button from level 2, its a good exercise, for those with bad knee please avoid. 3. Noisy motorbikes and cars from the streets if ur unit faces the street and river. 4. Bad hospitality. We did not feel our reasonable requests were attended to, and were ignored. Thanks!
