- Izabella (2/5): I’ll go back to Brisas, but I’ll make sure not to say in an OZPED apartment. - Brisas is great! I’ve stayed there many times. Check-in took over an hour, and many phone calls and messages. The apartment was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY, especially for Brazilian standards. Couldn’t even sit on the nasty couch.

- Leonardo (9/5): À beira do Lago, hospedagem incrível! - Quarto muito confortável, bem decorado, tudo novo. Espaços comuns muito limpos, bem demorados. Ao fazer o checkin a recepção não encontrou minha reserva. Eu tive que entrar em contato com a empresa de reservas (o que foi bem difícil, o atendimento com robô no chat e WhatsApp é péssimo) até que tive sorte de achar um número de telefone no Google por acaso, e conseguir contato com um funcionário da Ozped. Fiquei 2h na recepção tentando fazer o checkin. Esse desgaste foi recompensado.

- Mohit (1/5): - Modern edifício Poor quality staff. My booking took 1 hr+ to trace by front desk even after it was confirmed. Apartment never cleaned for 5 days. Staff unattentive. They kept risky cups on the bed on loose tbel in daek that almost caused injury. Locker was locked and no one came by to fix. They said they were sending someone to clean who never came. It's location is bad, no dry clean. Isolated.

- Cássio (8/5): - Não gostei de ter que esperar mais de uma hora para pegar as chaves, ja que geralmente é as 14h que o checkin deve ser feito e só liberaram as chaves as 15h. Alem disso o horario para entregar as chaves se manteve as 11h da manha. Acho que o correto seria ter entregado no minimo as 15h também.
