The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Isola metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a good experience.

• Hannah (7/5): Great place to stay, nice inclusions - Modern, clean and tidy! Photos accurate. Air conditioning works well. Place decent size, especially for Europe. Washing Machine/Dryer inclusion and a couple of cold water water bottles in fridge on arrival is a great touch! Lack of written instructions about check in, check out and city tax. Communication clarity is only what let the stay down. There was a keys mix up with previous group which stayed here. This was fine and handled well in terms of how it impacted us. However, the lack of written instructions is how this occurred for the previous guests. We had to ask how to check out and what to do with keys, this should either be confirmed during check in or sent by manager the day prior to departure. Equally written check-in instructions are best sent the day prior to arrival. It was only last minute we were told about city tax, and expected to have exact cash. Most places ask for this at check-in which is far better as it allows time to ensure you have the correct change needed. This ended up costing up extra transaction fees as we didn't have cash (since leaving Europe after checkout)

It was located next to the Isola metro station and the area was very beautiful with lots of food and drink options. Many thanks to our host who was always available, answered messages, suggested things and helped us. I will definitely recommend it to friends and will visit again.
