EMI (2/5): 何故、客のクレジットカード情報を欲しがるのが理解不能 - 繁華街。駅から近い。十分な広さ。チェックイン前に貸主から連絡が来てパスポートとクレジットカードのコピーをメールで提出するよう何度も求められます。Booking.comではそのような情報を貸主に渡さないように警告が出ていたので警戒しました。パスポートはパスポート番号を隠して送信しました。クレジットカードの全ての情報が載った写真をメールで送信するよう何度も求められ、私は不安を覚え抵抗しましたが彼らは私の気持ちを無視して要求し続けます。デポジットのためにクレジットカード番号、名前、有効期限3桁のセキュリティコードをセキュリティ的に守られていないメールで送って来るよう要求し続けました。何事も無く滞在が終われば大丈夫だからと彼らは伝えてきますが、私が心配していることはそんなことではありません。何故、安全な方法でデポジットの決済をしようと思わないのか。私は交渉の末彼らの事務所に行って対面で決済することにしました。でも結局、彼らは私のクレジットカードを自分のオフィスのコピー機で複写し全ての情報を保管しました。何故、私が初めて会った彼らをそんなに信用できると思っているのか理解できません。今までこんな方法でデポジットを取られたことも、支払いをさせられたこともありません。顧客のクレジットカード情報を全て所有しようとするのは無神経にも程があると思います。怖いです。
