Location is good. Close to a mix of bars, restaurants and convenience stores. I was happy with the arrangements and room.

• TECK LIN (1/5): - On booking I clearly booked a 2bedroom apartment for my group of 4 adults and a child of 2 years old. We arrived at the property at about 7.30pm on 20/2/26 and on checking in found the apartment only had one bedroom, which is definitely NOT what I booked and It was totally different from the published pictures. Long story short the owner agreed on a FULL REFUND, which I have yet to receive. I later found a similar complaint about a year ago in the reviews. Makes me wonder why this is still allowed to be on Booking.com a premiere booking site!

The Owner was contacted and they put the situation right within 18 hours. Well done. The response from Booking.com was less than adequate. Rather poor in fact. • Gee (6/5): Nice place but pictures and description do not match actual unit. - We were there for a one night staycation and it was a convenient location with lots of eateries. The apartment was clean with most amenities working fine. Very suitable for a house for 2 adults and 2 kids, or 3 adults. Owner was helpful and accommodating with our requests. We had a fun time. The pictures and the unit description do not match. It is listed as a 2 bedroom apartment that can fit 5 adults, with pictures showing a room with a double and a single bed. In reality this apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, or 3 adults. The owner messaged me about this 2 nights before our stay saying they just noticed we are 5 adults, and it may be uncomfortable. I find this a little disingenuous considering how it was advertised, and how I bought at a non-refundable rate and it was too late to change our travel plans. This apartment has 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 smaller couch with a trundle bed in the small study room. The trundle bed can only be pulled out halfway due to the room size, and I think it would be uncomfortable even for a child (2 feet width on a trundle bed that would roll back in with movement). We needed to pull out the mattress from the trundle to be placed in the living room floor so we all had beds. There were also not enough pillows, towels and blankets supplied for 5 pax, and the storage was untidy and felt unclean (towels not folded properly, blankets just bunched up, no pillows). There were still towels and blankets drying outside. TV was not working at all. Suggest the owner look into their management company handling their unit or make sure more attention is paid to making sure your guests know exactly what they're renting and feel comfortable and welcome.
• Chloe (9/5): Would definitely recommend to family and friends - The location was perfect, just where we wanted to be and the apartment had everything that we needed. Nothing that we didn’t like but having a bedside lamp with an on/off switch would be even better.

There was also no proper check on the available WiFi, and I encountered problems with the TV box as well. However, the staff was very helpful during my stay, and I'm glad they assisted with the reimbursement process.

• Jason (5/5): Bad jam in and out of Mont Kiara area. - If u are jus visiting Mont Kiara area.then yes..u hav the necessary amenities jus below the apartment. But if u plan to visit town area like Bkt Bintang.. then u will dislike the heavy jam coming in and going out of Mont Kiara. There is no train here. Only by car or Grab. A 25min Grab ride may take up to 45min for u to reach Bkt Bintang during peak hours.. The bathroom reeks of sewage smell. There is leakage from whats concealed behind the false ceiling of the bathroom and it has a big patch of black mould and fungus. There is also no basic bathroom amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste etc. There are 3 bottles of body soap, shampoo, conditioner which looks like its been used n left behind by previous guests. Use at ur own risk. There are no batteries in the remote controls for the TV. There are no room slippers, bring your own. There are only 3 bath towels, 2 toiket rolls. No tissues..bring your own. There is no free parking, u may want to consider other units there which provide free parking. My colleague booked another unit in the same block which provided free parking at the basement. If not, u got to pay 30rm for 24hour valet service which I did. There is water filter attached to the kitchen tap, but i would suggest bringing your own drinking water. You dont know if the filter has been changed or not. The interior of the fridge looks dirty, we decided not to use it.

• Liu (10/5): Overall, a pleasant positive experience. Thks to Host for providing a hair dryer - Convenient location. Friendly and respinsive host. Contemporary decor and furnished tastefully. Walkable to many eateries. Ground floor lobby was easy for dropoffs and pickups. Host provided a water filtration that also dispensed hot water. I did not need to use the garment steamer but noticed there was one on the shelf. Plenty of cleaning products. Plenty of shampoos,hair conditioner and shower gel. Wish there were more towels (i.e hand towels, floor mats) in the bathroom. Might want to scrub or replace shower curtain soon. The Ground Floor lobby/mailbox has dim lighting so a tad hard to read the combination lock to obtain key but this area is not controlled by the Host.

If you have a problem, the host will take care of it right away. This house is very close to 163mall and 1 Mont kiara mall You can go everywhere within 30 minutes by grabs. I'll never forget the time I've been here. Thank you so much for the great host and the great unit. I highly recommend this house to travelers.👍👍👍 There is not improvement point.

All shop cafe shopping mall nearby. Hahaha the blanket too small for me. Im 6'2. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
