• Josip (7/5): - Die Lage Uns hat eine Information gefehlt das dass Kinderbett ohne Matratze ist!!! Ein Staubsauger wäre nicht schlecht gewesen!!!
• Benjamin (7/5): Alles in allem haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und hatten schöne Tage in Prag. Ich würde sagen das Preis-/Leistu - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Der Self Check In hat sehr gut funktioniert. Apartment ist geräumig, wobei ich persönlich es für 10 Personen zu klein halte. Wir waren 6 Personen und der Platz war Top. Die Ausstattung lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es sieht aus als wäre alles nur provisorisch aufgebaut und noch nicht fertig und teilweise aber auch schon stark abgenutzt. Überall sind Ersatzteile zu finden und Gegenstände welche vielleicht noch angebracht werden sollten. In einem Schlafzimmer sieht es nach Schimmelflecken in der Ecke aus und im Wohnzimmer ist an der Wand ebenfalls ein, evtl behobener, Wasserschaden zu sehen. Küchenausstattung ok, aber wer selber kochen möchte sollte eigene Töpfe mitbringen da diese ebenfalls stark gebraucht aussehen. Vermieter telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Der Weg zum TG Stellplatz war auch abenteuerreich😉
• Diana (10/5): - Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und war sauber. Wir würden wieder buchen. Die Menge an Geschirr, Besteck und Tassen könnte für 9 Personen etwas mehr sein und ein Austausch der Pfannen wäre gut.

• Barbara (10/5): - Top location 😀 everything cose by, onley few minutes (15-20) ride with tram (city centre). This was our 3rd visit to prague so we didn't plan sightseeing, but everything we needed we had in walking distance.
• René (6/5): Top Lage mit Parkplatz, aber Ausstattung und Service ausbaufähig - Tolle Wohnung mit viel Potential. Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt direkt über einem Lidl und unmittelbar neben einer Straßenbahnstation – ideal für Einkäufe und die Erkundung der Stadt. Parkplatz: Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der enthaltene Parkplatz. In Prag ist das Parken oft schwierig, daher war das eine echte Erleichterung. Zimmeraufteilung: Die Aufteilung der Räume war durchdacht und praktisch – besonders hilfreich für Gruppen oder große Familien. Es wirkt, als hätte lange niemand etwas an der Wohnung gemacht gemacht, außer die Zwischenreinigungen beim Mieterwechsel. Zugang zur Unterkunft: Der erste Zugang hat nicht wie beschrieben funktioniert. Ohne die Hilfe einer fremden Person wären wir nicht hineingekommen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: Kein Kontakt möglich – keine Antwort auf Mails oder Nachrichten. Der telefonische Versuch vor Ort war abgehackt und wenig hilfreich. Möblierung: Einige Möbel waren noch nicht aufgebaut, überall lagen Materialien herum. Ausstattung laut Beschreibung: Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle fehlten, obwohl sie in der Beschreibung angegeben waren. Küchenausstattung: Sehr minimal – wenige Teller und Gläser, nur ein funktionierender Topf und eine Pfanne. Sofa: Das Sofa bestand aus Ausklappbetten, die weder zum Sitzen noch zum Schlafen bequem waren. Sauberkeit / Zustand: Insgesamt unterdurchschnittlich, besonders in den Schränken. Der Rest war akzeptabel. In einer Ecke befand sich ein schwarzer Streifen, der stark nach Schimmel aussah – da hat man nur mit mulmigem Gefühl geschlafen.

• Irena (6/5): The apartment was nice, comfortable and great for big group - Great location, close to the tram, shops and restaurant There was no communication with the host after the check-in. We did not know where to put the trash, and we wanted to see if later check out was available but nobody was answering our messages. We finally got answers after we left the apartment at 11 am. Hopefully, there was nothing urgent. It is an apartment that could fit 10 people, yet you only get one set of keys. I would improve the cleaning and finish the IKEA wardrobe in the hallway. It is half-built only. Overall, we were quite comfortable.

• Amy (4/5): Disappointing - It's a convenient location. I wasted about 2 hours searched for the parking space, and the host didn't tell me where the garage remote control was. I had to send many times messages to ask it. The second day, I sent a message about the sink stocked in early morning time. The host didn't respond all day, I had to send another message at night time to ask about it, and finally, the host responded said will send someone to fix it, but until two days later when I checked out there are still no one come to fix. The host always ignored my messages and did not respond promptly. Very bad experience when I stayed.
• Zuzana (10/5): Spatious and clean flat with perfect location - Perfect location just one stop from the main train station (or 15 min on foot). All the rooms were spacious and clean. We appreciated two bathrooms. I liked the big balcony with lovely view to inner block yard. The flat was quiet and all our kids slept well and until late - it never happens at home :D We might be coming back just to have a good night's sleep! I must highlight the coffee machine and Spotify - it helped to make our stay even more pleasant. We loved everything! If I must mention something, we would make use of more towels (we got one each and missed one or two in the bathroom) and the dishwasher - washing the dishes by hand like in the old good times was a rather nostalgic experience :)

• Volha (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was excellent—spacious and very comfortable for our group of 9 people. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the apartment was warm and cozy, which made it perfect for our trip. The location was also a big plus, as it was conveniently close to the city center. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
• Stepan (8/5): Aboslute gem of an apartment, furnishing and equipment lacking a bit - The apartment alone is an absolute gem. It is in a new, modern building, it's large, with 3 fairly big bedrooms and a big open plan living room with a full sized kitchen, with an underground parking and elevator that leads pretty much directly from the parking spot to the apartment door. The location is perfect, too - smack in the center between Zizkov and Vinohrady, with a supermarket downstairs and 3 great restaurants just outisde of the door. It is a rare find for Prague, and we were so happy we could find it. It was the perfect apartment for our family with two kids to stay at. While the apartment and the location are a total 10/10, the way it is furnished and equipped leaves a lot to be desired. One thing is how some basic appliances are missing entirely (no dishwasher, no microwave, no vent above the stove, no large towels for the guests), but the even more surprising thing was how unfinished the apartment felt - warderobes doors not attached, cupboard doors not closing properly, loose screws and parts of furniture lying in half of the drawers and cupboards - it sort of felt like staying at a friend who just moved in and didn't have time to quite set the apartment up. My sense is that there is an agency looking after the place, not the owner directly, and so an argument could be made that potentially the owner could look into other agencies to manage this bautiful gem of an apartment in this magical location. If properly furnished and cleared of the clutter, it would be a total 10/10.

• Xuexing (2/5): Bad - No problem with accommodation，When I booked the room, I noted that I needed an invoice, but after the stay, the landlord refused to issue an invoice and ignored me when I sent messages. It was a very bad experience. Please reply to the message promptly
