• Nils (9/5): Wonderful hotel in wonderful location. Delicious food and super nice staff - The location is just wonderful, basically right by the piste No big spa facilities. Everything else is perfect.
• Anne Sophie (10/5): Danke für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt!! - Trotz der etwas spannenden anreise mit Gondel, kann man nur die Organisation bewundern mit der das Gepäck bis ins hotel kommt. Die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten war herausragend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zu einem basic Buffet (allerdings mit hervorragenden Produkten) hatte man die Möglichkeit sich Bowls und andere Köstlichkeiten dazu zu bestellen. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist nicht zu übertreffen.

• Jolita (10/5): Impossible to find a better place if you think skiing in Europe! - This is a true boutique hotel that makes you feel like at home. Unbeatable location and a genuine service-oriented professional attitude by staff at all levels - certainly, thanks to the exceptional inspiration and lead by Ralf as their committed manager. Well…wifi is not what you expect these days. Think about the work-around :) when coming.

• Hubert (8/5): Alles bestens wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! - Superfreundliches Personal, sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Lage top, vor allem zur Skipiste. Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Toller Wellnessbereich. Sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet, jedoch a la carte Bestellungen waren sehr gut. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und auch kein Kühlschrank/Minibar

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. it was truly ski in ski out, everything about the place was amazing. the staff are all amazing, very passionate about their jobs and it is like one big happy family. they are all very warm and friendly, and very accommodating. The Owner, Ralph is a real character, you can see the passion he brings to the hotel and to all his staff. breakfast is very good, dinner in the evening is amazing, it is very cosy and intimate, an amazing setting, we will definitely return!

• Huiming (1/5): Bad - When i was arriving at first day, I did call receptionist, he told me that I don’t need worry about the kost of parking, he let me park my car in the parking place, when i was leaving, I did ask receptionist, i need parking tickets, but he did give me, he said that hotel pay the parking fee automatically, i don’t need to worry about. But when i drove my car to leave parking place, I have to pay 140€ for parking kost. I tried to contact hotel, they said they will not pay the parking fee. It’s really crazy cheater. Really Don’t recommend it
• Lisa (7/5): Great location and friendly staff - The hotel has a great location in Oberlech and is perfect for ski in-out. The views from the hotel were wonderful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they really did go above and beyond. The hotel is linked by tunnel to other places in Oberlech which is always very convenient. The room was great,, nice balcony and view and very comfortable beds. the dining room and lounge area are nice and modern and have great views. Good coffee and juice at breakfast. All in all we enjoyed the hotel and the location. The breakfast was not great, basic but with friendly service but really not a great selection. Bread arrives at 8am which can be a bit late for early birds! The floor was also really not clean which was a pity. The bar/lounge area could be more welcoming and staff should smoke somewhere other than the entrance as it is a bit off-putting to have the smell coming into the main lounge It feels like these are all teething problems. Also, I have champagne in many places in Oberlech over the years but I have never paid €32 for a glass - even in the 5 star hotels! 50% surcharge for the nice service maybe!
• Susan (10/5): Lovely hotel in amazing location. - Lovely hotel, had everything you could want for a ski break. The rooms were very clean and tidy with plenty of space and storage to put things. Breakfast was good, had enough to choose from, and the one evening meal we had was great. Ski location was excellent. Would definitely stay again Shame they don’t do food every night and I don’t believe they offer half board!

• Antonia (10/5): Exceptional - Loved it! Literally everything was fabulous … our room was very clean, cozy with tasteful interior and great bathroom - and a fabulous view into the mountains. Fabulous staff that made sure we felt welcome at every moment. Great breakfast with a mountain view and excellent dinner … parking, luggage transport and ski passes were all immediately organized upon arrival, and the hotel was easily accessible by tunnel or through the snow. This is the place you want to stay if you prefer a peaceful environment right next to the slopes but be close to restaurants or a lively bar. I also loved the sun terrace! Looking forward to coming back!
