- Kenix (2/5): - They told us there was no room available at a landmark building and asked us to move to the Masteri building instead. They told this to us 4 hours before check in so there wasn’t much of an option. Do not book this place as they will probably switch you to a different property. Replacement place did not look as nice but it sufficed.
- Ruth (1/5): Bad - After booking this accommodation, I received a message saying it was not available and asking if I wanted to stay in another apartment. The photos were sent through and it was not as nice and they wanted more money for it. I expressed my disappointment and asked if there was anything else available. They said they would look into it then I never received another message. I ended up having to seek an alternative place to stay on the day I was supposed to be staying there.
