- Jason (8/5): As above - Great location and access ro beach, shops, golf course. Not all bedrooms are air conditioned and some of the ceiling fans are quite rusted. Some area's around the lounge room had some large area's of mold which doesn't help when you have a 16month in top gear lol Little bit of elbow grease and all good. I'd probably speak to who ever is contracted to clean the residence to actually give it a good clean once a month.All in all for the price and location is well worth it
