• Andreea (9/5): Superb - I liked that the place is close to the metro, the rooms are big. They responded me about the checkin procedure few minutes before 15.00. i can understand there is a policy, but they could just say it's a self check-in and it will be received just before the check-in time. Arrived to the property, the door didn't open using the button and they asked us to call any neighbors to ask them to let us in.. this should be handled by them, not by us.. it's not my issue if there was some energy disruption that caused this problem. There is no AC, so I would not recommend this place for summer. The apartment is not close to the city center.. you need to take the metro few stop (~7) to go to the center, you cannot do it by walking unfortunately. The shower cabin is very small, it was a bit difficult to use. There are no toiletries available, so bring your own.
• Shanju (1/5): Horrible customer service and filthy property - This is the worse experience we have ever experienced at a stay. We arrived at the property and it was filthy. The bed was slept in, there was hair on the toilet seat and bed. Hair in the drain. We were absolutely shocked. We arrived quite late to the property and struggle to find another place to stay at and ended up staying up all night as we were unable to sleep in the bed. We tried contacting the host and we barely got a response. They tried to blame us for not letting us know our arrival time. From the time we’re allowed to checkin, the property should be ready and clean. Everything
