• Elisa (10/5): Casa nuova, grande e accogliente, in posizione strategica - Casa nuova e accogliente, in una posizione strategica e davvero centrale e tranquilla! La casa è perfetta per gruppo numeroso di persone. Eravamo in nove e siamo stati benissimo anche grazie alla presenza di due cucine e tre bagni. Due camere risultano “di passaggio” per arrivare a quella in fondo, ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema dato che eravamo un’unica famiglia. L’host è stato super disponibile e ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste, ci ha assistiti passo passo e dato consigli utili. Il self check in é stato semplicissimo e comodo. Nulla
• LORENA (8/5): - Posizione eccellente, comodissima per raggiungere il centro tramite bus o metropolitana. Ideale per un gruppo di amici che amano condividere gli spazi. Host sempre disponibile, tutto è filato liscio seguendo le sue indicazioni. Suggerisco di migliorare il materasso del divano letto e di cambiare la macchina per il caffè, non utilizzabile. Per il resto siamo stati più che soddisfatti.

• Šimon (10/5): - Krásny apartmán vo vynikajúcej a pokojnej lokalite. Všetko bolo čisté, check-in bol veľmi príjemný. Ubytovateľ sa po celý čas zaujímal o svojich hostí a bol pripravený pomôcť. Výborná je aj terasa, ktorá je súčasťou ubytovania. Metro hneď za rohom. Určite by sme sa vrátili, vrelo odporúčame.
• שרה (9/5): - המקום יפה ונעים, ממוקם באזור שקט עם גישה נוחה לתחבורה, מסעדות וחנויות. הבית משופץ, מעוצב בטוב טעם וכולל חצר מקסימה. שהינו 10 אורחים והיה מרווח ונעים .בסך הכול חוויה מצוינת ומקום מומלץ. לעיתים הייתה בעיה עם מים חמים כשכולם התקלחו בזמנים קרובים.

• Julie (8/5): Affordable, comfortable stay in a cosy Italian neighborhood so close everything. - Loved the location, the comfortable beds, the ac, the patio area. We felt like we were immersed in the local neighborhood. And super close to the train and bus!!! Wished there were better pans and dishes as we did make our own breakfast each morning. Also, something to wash the dishes with (cloth and small dish soap).

• Martina (9/5): Superb - Very good location and nice apartment and yard outside. The apartment is perfect for more people. The manager is very nice and polite. The Internet was not very good and there was a problem with the hot water debit in the bathrooms.
• Mo (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in this great spacious place, the location couldn't be more central. - The host was very courteous and friendly. The property was spacious, and the rooms were good size, and it had the additional benefit of a large terrace. The location was very central to most main attractions in Rome and the metro station was just up the road. The house could've done with deep cleaning.

• Wenda (9/5): We had a good experience overall. The place up to good standard. Large rooms Close to the metro. - The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Place is secured. Close to shops and metro. The local council didn't collect the bins.. It was difficult where to put the trash.

• Gareth (10/5): Fantastic stay in Rome. - My family of 9 stayed here and it felt like we were in a palace. It was huge compared to other European countries we stayed at. The apartment was spotless and in a gated area so felt very safe and it was very quiet which was good for my little kids in the evening. Piero met us on our first night and showed us around the property and told us of local restaurants and transportation. He made sure we were comfortable and then let us be. He was just a text message away if we needed him. The AC was huge as it was so hot in Rome. All attractions were about 15 mins away but it was nice to not stay in the hustle and bustle of the main city center. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It would of been great to have extra toilet paper in the bathrooms instead of just one roll but I know we would of had more had we asked.
• Anna (7/5): Basic. Good location. Comfortable for group traveling. - The location is very close to metro San Giovanni. The apartment is big and comfortable for family traveling. The drainage of the sink and shower in two of the three bathrooms are clogged. Wifi was weak and even stopped working before the day of our check out , and the telecom data was not reachable in the apartment, you have to walk outside if there’s no Wifi. Shampoo and shower gel packages are broken and leaking. Some of the kitchenwares like glasses were not clean. Not providing any tea bags or coffee capsules. The city tax was overcharged when we check-in but they returned back the extra after we double check the correct amount, fortunately. The check-in manager Piero was not very attentive when you need assistance, but Dario is helpful and responded quick, thank you. In overall this apartment seemed not maintained good enough for the value we paid.

• Eteri (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, metro 5 minutes away. Coliseum 20 minutes away. The house had all the necessary things, with its own yard, which is very convenient. The beds are comfortable. Check-out is also convenient because you can leave the key in a special box and you don't have to wait for the owner of the house. Only that the chip of the outer door was one, which is inconvenient in the case of a large company
