Guest Reviews
- Mark Spencer (9/5): Simple affordable place - For a group or family of 8 or 6, the price of sleep lab can't be beat. Facility is adequate for first time visitors of Tokyo in which you want to explore the city vs staying inside the hotel.
You can expect a walk of 15 or 4 mins for Tokyo rail systems which is totally doable with the company of family or friends. What I didn't like was the sofa bed option. In my case while the other people got to sleep on the sleeping "pods", I had to give up chance to sleep in one since I was leading my family. I didn't get any privacy while sleeping on the sofa as people would come to my area to use the sink and table.
- Hsin Ya (10/5): - 地區方便 無
- Maria (9/5): - Great location with heaps of facilities and services nearby.
- Marc (8/5): Comfortable and affordable stay close to everything you need - Lovely place at very reasonable prices with good comfort and amenities. The place is close to a train station and between at least 2 konbinis and isn't too far from the city center - all in all, I definitely recommend this place if you're travelling in a group of 3 or more! There isn't really anything that I didn't like - I'd say the most critical element is probably the ''dining room'' - it did feel cramped with 6 people and we constantly had to stow the bed to make room to sit and eat, but otherwise, I feel renting the place for 4 people is the sweet spot.

- Phei1978 (9/5): Good location - Near to the station and convinient store No towel hanger in the bathroom, but not much concern
- Ang (8/5): -

- crystal_kreider (10/5): Incredible location, quiet and easy access to trains and konbinis. - i like how close the train station, family mart and laundry was. I also liked that it had 24h parking lots within close proximity to the air bnb. Supply the bathroom with more toilet paper for those staying longer than a week.
- Francis (9/5): Great place to stay! - Location near station. Very nice apartment. Beds are like sleeping in a submarine. Fun for kids and adults alike. Overall, very clever layout.
- Victoria (10/5): Overall very good! - Enough beds, showers and toilets for everyone! Everyone had their own private space. Highly recommend for am affordable place for large group. The front entrance also has a shared kitchen. We booked upstairs and downstairs so had the whole place to ourselves. Very comfortable! The front door code was a bit difficult to use as the buttons didn't always register
- Nipat (7/5): Good -
- Rexielle (9/5): Superb -
- Kai (8/5): Very good -
- Pui (9/5): Superb -
- Shiela (8/5): Very good -
- Toshihide (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very clean and comfortable to stay at. The beds are also spacious with a wonderful layout.
- Naho (7/5): A family vacation in Tokyo - - It is dormitory-style accommodation. Everyone gets their privacy when sleeping, while being able to share time in the common area.
- a 24-hour laundromat is two or three houses down towards the train station. It is air conditioned and offers several seats. Their machines dispense soaps and fabric softener (additional ¥100 to 200). They are awesome.
- the train station is a few minutes away on foot. Once you get a hang on, it isn’t bad but it’s definitely not a major train station.
- there are 3 AC units along the hallway. They worked great. - the beds weren’t made when checking in. You will have to make them.
- there were dust and trash left from previous guests that were likely overlooked; in the gap between the beds in the pods, and on the bedside. This property seems new, but it made us wonder if they kept using the same cleaning service, the quality of the property will deteriorate over time.
- the toiletries in the original pictures were there but were almost all empty. We ended up buying our own.
- Tran (10/5): I don't have any "real" complain. It's a nice place in a nice area. - Close to train station and food. It is away from all the main attractions and because of it, food around the area are cheaper and quieter. Also, easy to get to other locations by train such as Akiba, Tokyo station, Shibuya etc...
We got the whole floor to ourselves because we were a family of 5. There were 2 toilets, 1 shower (all separated on the same floor), 1 dining room with extendable table for 8, 3 bunk beds capsule style (6 beds) + a sofa that can be used as a pull-out bed.
OH! Very important to take note, one of us is 6,1 tall, and he fits in the capsule ;) Even thought there were 2 toilets and a shower, they only have 1 sink in the dinning room... it's a bit of an inconvenience when everyone wakes up at similar time and need to brush our teeth...
Lesser important to me, but seems to be important to my kids. There's no TV so they can't connect to play games on their downtime.
