Fácil contato com anfitriã, entrada no apartamento bem tranquila, uma localização ótima com estacionamento a frente. Adoramos!! Sem dúvidas um lugar para repetir sempre que estiver em Santa Cruz! Única observação é que a pressão dos chuveiros é tão boa que o ralo nao suporta a vazão então no primeiro dia alagamos o banheiro. Mas depois nao usamos no máximo e ficou resolvido.
