Do lázní kousek pěšky. Vysoká kvalita vybavení. Apartmán byl prostorný, 2 ložnice a obývací pokoj s rozkládací pohovkou pro 4 osoby - super.

• Csilla (8/5): - It is very close to the city center, parking was easy,. The whole apartment is accessible with wheelchair. It was difficult to open the front door, it is like a balcony door. There are some motion detection lamps.

• Ulrike (8/5): Bad Ischl wir kommen gerne wieder! - Reinigungsdame sehr nett und kompetent. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Wohnung geräumig. Parkplatz vor der Türe Leider mussten wir die Reinigung nochmals durchführen lassen, da die Vormieter nach der Grundreinigung die Wohnung genutzt haben.Der Eiskasten war nicht ausgeräumt, die Küchenfronten fettig, Lampen voller Staub/ Lurch welcher beim Lüften herunterfällt. Im Badezimmer/ WC waren Haare von den Vormieter. Leider sehr nachtaktive Nachbarn.

• Hao (1/5): Thanks for the experience – from afar! - Well, I admire how consistent the no-refund policy is, even when faced with a once-in-a-century rainstorm that canceled all transportation. Truly a testament to the property’s commitment to rules! It was incredibly frustrating to have all trains canceled due to extreme weather, and still receive no understanding or flexibility from the host. We spent a few unforgettable days in Austria battling heavy rain and strong winds, but sadly, we never got to enjoy the lake district—and now, we never will.
• Nicola (9/5): Very pleasant, very well located apartment - This is a large spacious apartment, right in the centre of Bad Ischl. It is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC. Sparklingly clean. Very well equipped kitchen, with a nice big fridge, microwave, dishwasher lots of glasses and cutlery. It also has a washing machine with a dryer setting. Wifi was great - consistent 30 - 40MB throughout the apartment, and easy streaming on the smart TV. Full external blackout blinds (unusual for Austria) and the apartment stayed nice and cool even during very hot August weather. Parking on site was great (we have a large roof box, and it fitted with no problems). The location could not be better, with easy walking access to all the best bits of Bad Ischl, and driving all over Salzkammergut. Overall, the apartment is very functional and comfortable, with everything you might need, even if some of the mismatch of furniture means it doesn't look very "styled." The second (bigger) bedroom is partly underground, with the (basement-type) window facing into the garage so it doesn't get any natural light - this didn't bother us, but may be an issue for some. As the apartment is on the ground floor next to the garage, in summer with the windows open, you do hear cars as they pull in and out and other people coming and going. But it is not a huge garage (maybe 10 cars in all) and as the apartment building is set well back from the road there is no other car noise. It would be nice if the bedroom window also had a privacy film like the bathroom windows given it is on the ground floor. There were one or two small maintenance issues that prevented us giving a full 10 (grouting in the bathroom has some mould, one of the doors was extremely difficult to open/close due to loose insulation) but overall we would still recommend this apartment highly.
