• Gail (8/5): Cheap stay for 5 females travel together. Had everything needed and was clean. - The property was clean and the owners parents were next door for any assistance (although do not speak English)they were most helpful and even gave us milk. We were only there the night before flying home. They let us leave our luggage so we could explore the city which was most helpful and appreciated. The only thing we didn’t like was the area I wouldn’t want to venture out at night.

• Jonian (10/5): - The hospitality of the owner and his parents was beyond this world. They treated us with the utmost respect. The facilities were really clean and Gennaro was responsive the entire time we needed something. Made our stay in Naples really nice. I hope to see them soon again.

• Markus (8/5): Gute Lage für bis zu 5 Personen - Lage nahe der Altstadt. Unmittelbare Umgebung vermittelt echtes Neapel Feeling. Dafür im inneren sauber und freundlich, netter Vermieteter, für bis zu 5 Personen. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden Wenn dann nur Kleinigkeiten: es gibt 5 Betten aber nur 4 Sessel beim Tisch. In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für Shampoo, es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Wenn man die Mikrowelle verwenden will muss man den Kühlschrank ausstecken 😁.

• Elyada (10/5): Great accommodation for exploring Napoli! - The apartment is newly renovated- or at least so it looks. It is spacious, clean and cozy. It has everything we needed for our stay. Gennaro, the host, is kind and very responsive. Everything we asked or requested was answered promptly and with a genuine willingness to help. There is a very nice and decently priced restaurant less than 50 meters from the apartment (Gennaro rightfully recommend it)- in the evenings it tends to be full so consider hopping over to make a reservation. The apartment is walking distance to Spaccanapoli and its attractions. The neighborhood is somewhat run-down, as are large parts of Napoli, unfortunately. However, in the apartment you will feel like in a safe haven. Parking in nearby garages is rather expensive, but this is probably the situation elsewhere in town.

• Haris (10/5): - Gennaro and his family were truly wonderful and welcoming hosts. The apartment is beautifully decorated, as well as clean to the smallest details. The location is very convenient, close both to the central station as well as the city center. The hosts also provide the option of leaving the luggage in a secure place if need be. All recommendations for this top tier apartment!

• Róża (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful flat-modern and spacious. The owner was friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The area was not representative because it is close to tarin station.

The apartment was located nice and close to Central Station but the neighborhood of the apartment itself was a little questionable. That would be my only negative comment in an otherwise exceptional experience and stay. Definitely recommend.

• Helen (10/5): Lovely apartment in central Naples - The apartment was beautifully decorated and well furnished, very clean and comfortable. Well located just 10 minutes walk from central station. Gennaro was very helpful and allowed us to drop off our luggage a couple of hours before check-in so we were able to enjoy wandering around the old town. Nice to have coffee and a cold bottle of water available for guests. Everything was great.

• Margaret (10/5): Lovely clean apartment in a great location to explore Naples, pictures and description are accurate. - We pre booked transfer with the owner Genaro to collect us from the airport for 30euros. Genaro was very helpful and friendly and kept in touch during the visit to ensure we were ok. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and has everything you need, he has clearly spent money on it and it was perfect for our 5 night stay. You are 10 min walk to Garibaldi train station and 10 min walk to the historic centre. There is a lovely restaurant next door for dinner and a small cafe opposite for breakfast. If I was returning to Naples I wouldn't hesitate in re-booking to stay here, no negatives - everything was spot on.
• Tanya (10/5): It was very rewarding, relaxing and informative, full of joy and wonderful pastries and coffee shops - The apartment is like a little jewel at the periphery of the Old Center of Naples (Centro Storico), very quite and comfortable, the white interior allows for relaxation and reflection after a long day of visiting historical and cultural sites or simply taking a ferry to one of the islands. The host contacts you before arrival and schedules the key delivery. Also, offers help and is available on WhatsApp. Naturally, being in the historical center of a very ancient city is easy to get lost and it takes one afternoon or one morning to get used to the many ways to reach the destination :) Keep the map apps on!

Our host was very responsive to our messages and helpful with any questions we had. The building looked a little bit rough from the outside which got us worried at first. But these worries quickly faded when we walked into the apartment.

While the neighborhood of the apartment is not exactly one of the best in Naples, the location is very handy and we had everything we needed.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Gennaro responce to my initial enquiry was instant, even though it was a late last minute booking, his instructions to find and access the apartment were very clear. When we met, Gennaro and his Dad were very welcoming, totally charming and great to chat with. The accommodation was much nicer than I had expected or hoped for. Fantastic find, highly recommended. • Maul (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean, was furnished with the basics of pots, a pan, and cutlery. The beds very a bit hard, but not to the point of discomfort, just preference. the shower was slightly oversensitive, needing regular changing of the temperature. The air conditioning worked well, and both tv's worked. unfortunately only the one in the living room had netflix/youtube/spotify, which i think wouldve been better off in the bedroom In terms of the neighborhood, theres definitely better. It was close to the main station and a good Café, as well as lots of local shops where you can get anything you need, or a supermarket about 700metres away. However, the streets were dirty, and there was lots of traffic audible through the closed balcony. Overall, if youre looking for a budget option to get things off your bucket list in naples, rome, and pompeii, this is a great place to stay. Oversensitive Shower, cleanliness of the neighborhood

The owner very polite and very nice, consistent and helpful. He was waiting for us with the keys. We had only one pair of keys. The building was in a bad condition. (Only the building, not the apartment, which was perfect)
