• De Laat (10/5): - Groot appartement, ruime slaapkamers, van alles voorzien. op korte loopafstand vanaf station, altstadt op loopafstand, en ook goede verbindingen metro, tram. Lidl voor boodschappen dichtbij. Niets, alleen 2e badkamer is eigenlijk gewoon een toilet, niet om te douchen. Uitzicht is minder, maar hoort bij wijk en niet belangrijk voor ons.

• Signe willum (1/5): Dårlig oplevelse - Hele miljøet og gaden omkring lejligheden var meget suspekt. Det er ikke et sted for rejsende familier med børn. Det var utrygt og selve lejligheden virkede til at blive benyttet til andet arbejde end udlejning. Det burde stå i beskrivelsen og slet ikke koste så meget som det gjorde at leje den.

• Ion Tcaci (5/5): Slow internet, limited towels, and minor bathroom issues. - The location is quite good, close to a metro station, underground parking, the historic center, as well as many restaurants and shops. The internet speed was disappointing – less than 3 Mbps – and it would be desirable to have a faster connection. Above the entrance door, the plastic film used as insulation moves with every opening and closing of the doors and could be replaced with a more solid material. Face towels were only provided after contacting the host: you receive one bath towel for three days, which seems insufficient. In the bathroom, one sink was partly clogged and in the other shower the hose was cracked and leaking constantly. In my personal opinion, when charging €750 for three nights in this apartment, at least some cosmetic renovations and better amenities would be expected instead of saving on the client’s comfort.

La valoración de Booking no está justificada - Era amplio el comedor La ubicación aunque céntrica estaba en una zona muy degradada En realidad solo dispone de una ducha que moja todo el baño y con lo cual te resbalas. La otra ducha inutilizable. Ausencia de perchas, no había toallas de manos Menage de cocina algo escaso y algún electrodoméstico iba regular p.e. el tostador La limpieza solo aceptable
• Susan (8/5): Good place. Would go again. - Nice apartment. Roomy and clean Showers were open in the bathroom. Hard to use. Neighborhood was lively but a little sketchy.

• Nicola (4/5): Enttäuschend, ungemütlich - Wenig. Alle Möbel und Geräte in die Jahre gekommen, wackelig, windschief … Siehe oben. Über der Tür war ein Fenster kaputt, notdürftig mit einer Plane abgedichtet, die bei jedem Windzug lautstark flatterte. Die Badezimmer hatten den Namen nicht verdient, die Armaturen wackelig, das Wasser schoss beim Duschen überallhin, die Betten zu weich… WLAN schwach, Küchenmöbel hingen in den Angeln, draußen im Aufzug eine Kakerlake.

• Syed Azli Idid bin (7/5): Great Value for money - Location was perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to the main station and trams. Convenience stores and Lidl/REWE very closeby for amenities and groceries. Halal shops also not very far away. Shower facility was off. Both bathrooms showers were not very well maintained. Hot water was also not very consistent. Communication/replies from owner also not very fast.
