Mubarak (1/5): Not happy and I recommend to avoid this apartment. - No thing Old building, dirty, no security, No reception. Communication by phone only. Misleading advertisement. They advertise with elevator but when I arrived, I found out elevator starts from the second floor and the apartment is on the first floor and I have knee problems and the elevator is a must for me. I refused the appointment and asked my money. Booking. Com referring to the owner and the owner not responding. I will not book through booking.com again because they are washing their hands, and no taking responsibility.
